酒店的位置不錯，在一個大路的街角上，進出方便，離高速口也不遠。地下停車庫在大樓的成漢南路的那一邊上，停車庫是與小區共用的，屬於酒店的地方很小，衹能停放三四台車子吧。其它的正式車位基本上都是私家車位。大樓門前雖然有一片空地，但是是不讓停放車輛的，都有石墩子擋住的。酒店周圍飯店超市不少，生活上還是挺方便的。酒店的設施和服務自然不用説了，都是挺好的。

位置很不錯，離雙子塔和火鍋立交（交子立交）很近，周邊很清凈，樓下有24小時的紅旗連鎖超市，早餐也可以。

老酒店，衞生條件普通。設施一般。
早餐全素，後來想起來是田園酒店，可能在這裏就是全素早餐，素材味道還可以。
價格比較有優勢，三天不到600，很有優勢。這是它家的競爭力。

設施有點老舊，但房間挺大的，環境也還不錯，服務也可以，早飯沒吃上，起大早趕飛機了，去雙流機場很近，價格便宜，性價比挺高的！
