Canopy by Hilton Chengdu City Centre

The hotel room is new and spacious compared to most of 5 star hotels in Chengdu. Location is great. The two receptionists (Zora and Lily) are professional and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again when I come to Chengdu.

The hotel is beautiful with a very large room. We had a king bed with desk, sofa and large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The time we spent in the room was great but the hotel fee doesn’t include anything and the extras are very expensive. Although the building is right on Tianfu Square and metro line 1, there wasn’t a lot to do near the hotel. We did enjoy riding bikes back to the hotel and the comfortable nights sleep. Overall I think it was too expensive for the limited time we spent there.

This hotel is very new and the facilities are very well planned. The air is cleaner compared to other hotel as there is strictly no smoking in the hotel.

That is no air con as well, felling very hot one whole night and cannot sleep even already open the wimdow. The windows only can open a little bit

Rooms are great , strangely the hotel lobby is on the 31st floor so no atrium feel . Unfortunately no swimming pool or spa. No 24 hour room service for food.

This is the best Hilton I have ever stayed in. The room and all fixtures were brand new, clean, extremely comfortable. The staff were top notch- they went above and beyond to help me order some local dishes to try, and one receptionist even walked ten minutes with me in the pre-dawn early hours to show me where the metro station was. I'd love to return to this wonderful hotel!

Great location hotel easily walkable to many popular places like IFS, COSMO, and ChunXi Road. However, it could be relatively challenging for taxi or food delivery to get to the hotel in you are using its English name, as i have many issue with my didi pickup and food delivery. Do use the chinese name of the hotel instead!

While the check-in lobby proved slightly confusing to navigate, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist and guide me to the correct destination. Once there, the check-in process was an absolute breeze, and to my delight, they even presented me with a lovely souvenir to take back home as a memento of my stay. The hotel itself exuded a modern and tastefully decorated ambiance, which immediately caught my eye. The room numbers, designed with charming creativity, added a touch of whimsy to the experience. The bathroom featured state-of-the-art amenities, including heated seats, making it an oasis of comfort and luxury. The bed was irresistibly fluffy, and the efficient AC kept the room refreshingly cool during the summer. I particularly appreciated the hotel's thoughtfully curated color scheme, which added to the overall aesthetic appeal. The room's layout was well-planned, maximizing both functionality and comfort. In summary, staying at this Chengdu hotel was an absolute delight, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. With its prime location, exceptional value, modern decor, and well-appointed amenities, it offers an unforgettable experience that you won't regret. 10/10
