Atour S Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li

We had a great stay at Atour with our friends! We love the location and the rooms are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Local brand hotel ,consider high price for this small hotel. Good location , can go everywhere easily. Something weird is receptionist no expression.no smile , not helpful too. House keeping staff very helpful n friendly, good job and thank you.

Location is great just directly opposite taikooli. Good place to shop and dine. Free laundry on 9th floor. The lady in the laundry room is super friendly and helpful. Housekeepers on every floor very courteous and friendly.

Wonderful stay. Hotel location is fantastic facing Taikoo Li. Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Also the service staff was very prompt and professional - when my room was facing AC problem, we were transferred to a new room immediately with no problem.

Amazing experience at Atour S!! The location was so convenient for shopping and eating. The room style was perfect for travelling families, you get a second bedroom with its own bath and you can close the door for privacy and sound isolation. No more waking up from my parents snoring haha! The room was cleaned well and they have water bottles everywhere in the hotel. They provide late night small mea in their restaurant. I was sick and all I could eat was congee and they had it there for free!Really attentive concierge service. I will definitely continue to book with Atour Hotels.

We did not regret settling on Atour S Hotel at Chengdu on our visit to see the Pandas. It was a short stay though, however, it was a sweet and wonderful sightseeing night at the shopping mall where this hotel is located, beside the Pandas. I will strongly recommend….

An exceptional hotel experience. The level of professionalism, care, and attentiveness demonstrated by the staff was truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure both our comfort and that of our elderly parents, showing genuine thoughtfulness and sensitivity to our needs. Their helpfulness and proactive approach made our stay especially smooth and reassuring. We felt very well taken care of throughout. I will book with Atour again when I am back in China.
