Pros: Great place to relax with tubs and pools. Hot tub is so relaxing. Staff are friendly. They have a wechat account so if you need anything, they are one message away. They gave my daughter a bubble toy so it startedbour vacation right. Their hot tubs are great and their tatami rooms are cozy. The location is perfect if you need groceries or you need to shop for new clothes and shoes. There is a Starbucks and McDonald's in the corner. So many great food shop.
Cons: Please update your Trip.com info because when we got there, the pool is closed but the hot tub was open.

Services, facilities and amenities far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the teas that they provided and the hotel slippers were of the best quality ive seen. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was great. One thing to note is that they dont have gym unlike what they have mentioned otherwise everything is great :)

The hotel ambiance is incredibly cozy and relaxing, with a pristine cleanliness and delightful scent throughout. Complimentary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer enhance the experience, and the captivating fragrance adds to the charm.
Relaxing in the room is a joy, especially knowing that a underneath it is a shopping mall and there are a lot of food nearby. Conveniently, there are direct buses to the city, and arranging a "Didi" (similar to a taxi) is hassle-free.
The hotel staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The washing machine and dryer are free to use and detergent is provided. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I have the opportunity to visit Chengdu again.

the room is nice and sane as what the picture show. The only thing disappointed mine is the hotspring pool is not all functioning well.

Room is clean. Staffs are very welcoming. Front desk is available 24/7. The room top court yard offers an excellent place to chill with the complimentary tea and alcohol.

Staff is friendly and polite! They asked you to add their WeChat anything you can just request through WeChat. The room is very nice and clean, amenities is enough, there’s moisturiser too! The common space is very pretty too!
