it was a very nice stay thanks to the kind and friendly staff🤗 they are solution oriented. Breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and size is enough. They have free self laundry. Just a little suggestion they can change the elevator card reading system 💡 Overall good value for money!

We had a very enjoyable experience at the hotel. Everything was clean, and the in room amenities were plentiful. My kids were able to do their laundry after being away for several days. The breakfast had a very wide variety of food.

Lovely hotel positioned in the center of Chengdu. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

In one word Fantastic, great hotel for the price range and very good staff, neat, clean, accessible, great foods, All excellent. I stayed with family 2 rooms and 2 nights. Very well connected and near center of city(wild trade center/Tianfu square)- would strongly recommend- saw few foreigners like me.

The room was splendid. Offered a decent city view. Cleanliness was top notch. There were complimentary bottles of water, which was very handy for travelers around the city like me during the summer.
The hotel offered breakfast with a good variety of Chinese and English breakfast foods. The staff at the restaurant was welcoming offered to pack the breakfast for those who had to leave early in the morning.
The only negative was the long waiting times to check in.

It was a nice stay in Holiday Inn Express Chengdu. Clean and comfy rooms, enough options for breakfast (they brought butter ever morning when I asked for it, better they put it next to the bread area). We stayed 3 nights there, it’s a nice hotel for a good price.
