Because of the friendly experience, I continued my stay with the same hotel at Ritz-Carlton Hotel here in Chengdu. The check in and check out experience are extremely friendly and efficient. Strongly recommended for this hotel in Chengdu.

This Ritz-Carlton hotel is in an excellent location for families. The Taikoo Li and IFS shopping area is only a few minutes away by metro or Didi. The Chengdu Panda Reserve Base is a very reasonable distance (30 minutes drive).
The facilities are very nice. The lobby has a great view from the 25th floor. The cafe there also has good coffee and food. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an excellent coat closet. The bathroom is one of the best-equipped we have seen. It has a fully-equipped Toto bidet (automatic opening lid, washing, drying, warming), a convenient hair-dryer outlet inside the drawer, a nice tub and shower. We had the twin room (which was really full-size beds) that was plenty of room for us and our son. Each bed already came with 4 pillows each.
All the hotel staff demonstrated excellent service. Especially Lucia Shang at the front desk reception. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions (in English).
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location and well-equipped facilities.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton is memorable! The executive lounge is my favorite as I could go there anytime and not worried about not having food! Camilla was so helpful that she suggested an upgrade with such good benefits! I will definitely recommending my friends to stay at the Ritz!

I am coming back to the Ritz again. Service is 10/10 and the room is beautiful. It's lovely to have a preferred pillow service, his and her bathroom space. In addition, the staff are always attentive and polite. Lastly, the location is convenient, approx 2+km to different landmarks.

Stayed 3 nights from 8-9-2024 to 11-9-2024, executive floors include club lounge service, room no.3322.
Service is good, the club lounge provides "all day" meal service which is great 😃👍🏻. Also thanks for your birthday cake which was really a surprise for us. One thing to remind you is that the pouring water system of your sauna is breaking, also the temperature is quite low. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Chengdu again.

Great layover experience. Attentive and caring service from every staff at this hotel. Front desk staff Gali went out of the way to assist me in booking theatre ticket and patiently providing travel tips to me as a first time traveller to ChengDu. Carter Wang is also super helpful in offering me advice on where to dine/sight-see. THANK YOU all !!
