This hotel was a little confusing to find because it's right next to another hotel and they have elevators side by side in what seems to be the same building, but the doorman was able to assist me in going to the right place and up to the 37th floor check in.
Great location - a very short walk away from Taikooli area and near a lot of great restaurants and cafes. clean and comfortable room with a nice smart toilet.
Bilingual staff also helped me order a courier to send my bottles of wine that I had bought at an event in Chengdu back to Beijing, so great service and convenience. At the end of my stay, they even offered a gift of either a cute panda bag, tea or coffee! I chose the coffee because I drink it daily, but the panda bag would definitely be a great souvenir.
Highly recommend if you need a hotel in the bustling Taikooli area and want an upscale experience at a fairly budget-friendly price.

The stay was very pleasant, I was also offered a complimentary afternoon tea. Great location for exploring Chengdu.
Only the elevator was disappointing as it took too long to arrive.

I returned to this hotel for another stay. The guest service manager, Mocy( Fang Fang) was very attentive and made our stay very comfortable. She managed to solve the issues which we encountered very quickly.

Would be great if the room come with the safe box.
Mobile safe box doesn't sounds safe enough to me..

Services were OK but the room was not good enough for 5 stars. However, the location is the quite convenient for food, shopping and traffic arrangement.

Very nice hotel and is just a stone throw away from Tai koo li. Very conveniently located.
Hotel room is clean and comfortable.
They provide snacks and fruits for high tea at no charges.
There is free mini buffet type supper provided.
Highly recommend.
