Hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Chunxi Subway station by crossing the road junction once you get get of it. It’s on the quieter side of the long road away from the bustling shopping area. Rooms are clean and cosy. Reception staff are pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here in future.

Usually I try many hotels when I am in a city longer, not this time. I liked it so much I stayed 3 days. Longer. Great location, extremely well maintained and very convenient to get around city. East Railway stations is 5 minutes walk. 20 yuan taxi to city center for best hotpot on earth

I had a great time in Chengdu, and that was partly due to this hotel. Checking was smooth and I like that it's from 12:00 instead of the usual 14:00 around the world. There's drinks/tea in the lobby that is nicely decorated. There are seats outside to hang out if you want to. The room looks just like the pictures, and has everything you'd need; it's well stocked with snacks, coffee, tea and water. I had a room facing the street and it's nice and quiet during the evening. It's located in a local area, and there's a convenience store next door, and there are a few restaurants, shops and coffee places within walking distance. It's kind of in the middle between two metro stations, both are close enough to walk and it's easy to find. What made it especially nice for me where the little details, such as a lovely written note by the housekeeping staff adding some tips for the stay, or that the staff rushed over to help me setup the laundry machine and they even brought my self-service laundry to the room after the dryer was finished, so I could carry on with my day and not wait for it, so nice! I'd recommend this hotel if you're staying in Chengdu, and would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Returning to this place after a trip out to Emeishan. Was greeted warmly by a staff who helped me check in two days ago and remembered me. Now that I have time to wander the streets of Chengdu at Chunxi road and Taikuli, i must say this Ibis is in a good location ! There is also a free laundry facilities with detergent. Excellent !

The hotel is located inside a small building, 13th and 14th floor which was a bit weird. There were a lot of other people who were staying in the building and lift was small so had to wait a few rounds before being able to board the lift to go up to hotel lobby. Had to head up to 14th floor for check in, there was only 2 lift to head up and had bags of rubbish. Was not the best first impression. Check in area was nice with an amazing rooftop view. They served us hot tea upon arrival while waiting for check in. And gave us apple because it was Christmas Day when we arrived. Room was big with balcony, and had basic amenities a traveller will need. Location was quite convenient to find food and transport too.

During the Chinese New Year, I made an appointment with friends to get together and watch an exhibition. We booked a boutique hotel near the Chengdu Art Museum. Unexpectedly, it was so close to the art museum and the hotel was also very beautiful. It focused on art + intelligence. Facilities: The hotel has three floors. The parking lot is on the first negative floor. There are public areas such as cafes and restaurants on the first floor. The high-end restaurant in the next building is also owned by them. Unexpectedly, there is an art corridor on the second floor, which is very much like a small art exhibition hall. There is currently an artist's painting exhibition. The room is intelligently controlled. If you want to turn on and off the lights, draw the curtains, and switch on the air conditioner, you only need to move your mouth. I live in a loft room type! I sleep downstairs and my friend sleeps upstairs without disturbing each other. Even the toilet and bathroom are both upstairs and downstairs, so there is no hassle of running around. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is very good. The hotel is very new. The fragrance in the public area is very much like Bulgari white tea. There is no ”new house” smell in the room. Because my nose is relatively sensitive, the experience is very good. good. Their toiletries are quite good. They are from CHAJI, a brand owned by LV, and they smell great. Because there is a bathtub in the room, I looked carefully and found that it was very clean. (Because when I moved in, I happened to see the cleaning next door and the aunt was disinfecting, so I felt relieved immediately.) Environment: The hotel's environment is very good and very artistic. There are also some restaurants nearby, and the entire ecology of Tianfu Art Park is within a five-minute walk. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun in the afternoon and take a walk. Service: Very considerate. After booking the room, the front desk called me to ask me exactly when I would arrive. When I entered the room, there was already welcome fruit, the air conditioner was turned on, and the handwritten welcome card was also very friendly. It is worth mentioning that the waiter will ask what you want to eat the next morning when you bring it to the room. You can go directly to the front desk to order. Although there are not many things, it is very interesting like Chengdu's dandan noodles or dumplings.

Well located - close to Chunxi Rd and Tai Koo Li. Helpful staff. Unfortunately some inconsiderate guests continue to smoke in non-smoking rooms. Hotel need to inspect and remind recalcitrant guests as they will blatantly open the room door and let the smoke drift into the lobby. Otherwise, a good hotel for a short stay.

Overall it's a good experience for me staying here. Location is quite happening with 15-25 minutes walking distance from Chun Xi street. The room is spacious enough to put luggages for 2. Hand wash basin located outside of the bathroom so it's more convenient. There is a window to view the decorations and you can even see the window of another room's from inside, so sound proofing at that the window part is weaker. You also have to walk up some staircase to access the hotel lobby so people with wheelchair may find difficulty.

The location is good. I wanted to book using Accor but the hotel is very slow to respond to my requests. The reception counter is very busy but still efficient. However, some of the reception can be less helpful when I have problem with my package sent to the hotel. Breakfast area is too small and is very crowded even after 0930. The cheese provided is very bad, and the noodles station is overwhelmed and I didn`t managed to place my order. The lift is slow, and there is jam during breakfast peak. I did not have time for tea, and was able to get good ice creams instead. The checkout process is very smooth, special mention to Nu Nu who gave me souvenir and check in with me on my stay.

A strategically and convenient located hotel. Near Metro Station Line 2 exit E1 and E2 of Chun Xi Road i.e less than 3mins walk but E1 is my preferred station as it has escalator. Also direct bus from Tian Fu airport to IFS Mall and vice versa is available at every 20mins interval and walking distance is approximately 8mins. Hotel check in at 4th floor and is inside Champagne Mall and surrounded by many restaurants and Lawson convenient store is across the road. Hotel provide free laundry self service and room is well equipped, also free 4 mineral bottles per day. Only cons about the hotel is my room tv is not working, no fridge available and wifi access is restricted, luckily we have own pocket wifi that allow free access. Cleaner is friendly and helpful but forgetful, as we hv to request on daily basis for 1 additional towel for a triple room, as it come with 2 towels only. Also earplug is provided for those sensitive to noise, as almost daily you can hear a famous grill fish restaurant calling out nos for their waiting customers. On conclusion, we still find this a good hotel and will not hesitate to recommend friends or other travellers.
