Clean Hotel. Bathroom could be a bit more clean. Very nice service. Very friendly stuff.

The place is nice and clean. Staff, especially the manager and the caretaker are friendly and caring. The only issue is it is far from town and nearest shop is some 3 km away

I stayed very short trip just 2 nights only. But i noticed its clean and neat environment, room is very big, and very helpful and friendly front desk peoples, overall i say its excellent, if there is a chance to stay will come again. Thanks from joseph

Overall it was a comfortable stay. This is my preferred place to stay when i am in chennai. Mr esakki does a good job of managing the property clean. It's a home away from home. When required, mr kakkan provided delicious food at a reasonable cost. Mr. Pushparaj always willing to clean the room whenever requested. Thanks!

Horrible night stay at IRIS because of frequent power cuts at night during sleeping hours. I came to know back up was available but not sure why this was made available in the first time itself.My family did not sleep till 2 am in the morning. in addition to this problem, room number 201, the AC cooling was not sufficient, though we handed over the key to correct it but it was rectified and an alternate room was not offered. We visited Chennai to attend the Marriage function but not getting enough sleep forced us to wake up late in the morning.
