The Room is neat and tidy and the staff are very friendly. We feel it like out Home. Best hotel to stay.Nearest to our meeting place and convenient to stay . Free breakfast is also tasty. In future also, we prefer to stay in Udipi Home . We think it is our best choice for accommodation during our stay at Egmore.

The room was neet and clean , Bathroom was clean, Hot water is available for bath from 7 Am to 11 Am which has to be changed. I was having a train at 6 Am I could not take bath and move which was only problem I have faced staying in this hotel otherwise every thing is perfect for budget traveler.

My daughter and myself stayed at Udipi Home hotels for 4 nights. The room was a classic AC room with a double bed, the room charges included complimentary breakfast for 2 . The stay was comfortable, safe, close to Egmore railway station, metro abd bus stand. The breakfast was really good. Budget friendly, clean room and courteous staffs

Had a very pleasant stay at Udipi Home. Room was spacious and clean with all basic necessities. Staff were polite and very helpful and took care of all our needs. The attached restaurant served excellent food. Will definitely use this hotel when we visit Chennai again.

The hotel rooms are apparently small but meets the requirements. The vegetarian restaurant very good food. For one or two nights stay this hotel is very good. There is a travel desk available which runs cab service.

Nice stay. Hotel staff didn't inform me about complimentary breakfast. Friends stayed in another room only informed. I didn't liked it. Rooms are spacious. Since it is located in main city, it was easy to go to other important places. stay was nice

Decent rooms , food was really good and service was also good !!!. Rooms are well maintained and the Hotel is located near VF’s global and it is accessible to nearby mall and marina beach ! Affordable price

The staff were really pleasant in dealing with us, the hotel and rooms were clean, there is car parking as well, very near to the Egmore Railway Station. The restaurant was clean with very tasty South Indian and North Indian food, serves good coffee. Had requested for little more soft pillows and they provided immediately, 24 hours hot water and they also provide hot water for drinking in a flask, TV and AC are also there.

Udupi Home is located within walkable distance from Egmore station. When I booked the room I did not have much expectations. But, the Hotel was pretty good in terms of Clean & Hygienic rooms, staff and front office personal are very amicable. So I booked the 2nd trip stay also at the same place. The vegeterian food in the adjoining hotel is very very tasty and the complementary breakfast is as good as a mini lunch. During our stay we had forgotten our handbag at the restaurant and remembered about it after 5 -6 hours. I take this opportunity to appreciate the front office personnel who on our call, immediately retrieved the hand bag and kept it safe. The Matsya restaurant also deserves special appreciation who have kept the hand bag safe. A definite go for any traveller and especially for those who are visiting Chennai for US Visa as the both the Biometrics and Consulate are within a distance of less than 5 km. Overall, we had experienced excellent hospitality during our 2 stays.
