Our stay at Radisson Blu GRT hotel Chennai was fantastic and memorable.... Location of the hotel is appropriate for the guests from airport,....it saves our travel time a lot.... The impression about the hotel was started building up right from the airport when the cab came to pick up us... BY SEEING THE BEHAVIOUR AND RESPECTFUL WORDS USED BY THE CAB DRIVER MR KARTHIK....his well maintained uniform is remarkable..... The front bench people made the benchmark for the hospitality industry especially by MRS CHITRA and MR ROSHAN SINGH .... their humble and friendly approach was excellent..... I can not forget the handsome young *** MR EVAN who has received us with open harms with a beautiful smile on his face offered welcome drinks..... MR ANDREW is another added attraction for the restaurant , his body language and disciplined dealing with us was very impressive...the way he follows each and every guests till their departure is actually an another level . South Indian style breakfast was incomparable especially the idli tricolour chutnies are high light.... Ajit is another character who remains in the heart of the guests by default by his charming smile and simple attitude with extremely groomed hospitality OVERALL... RADISSON BLU GRT HOTEL IN CHENNAI IS SIMPLY A SUPERB, GREAT AND EXCELLENT...I HAVE NO BETTER VOCABULARIES TO APPRECIATE ACTUALLY THE EMPLOYEES WHOSE NAMES MENTIONED ABOVE ARE ASSETS TO THE ORGANISATION... Well done... keep it up A WONDERFUL AND MEMORABLE STAY... OUR 12 HOURS STAY GAVE US IMMENSE SATISFACTION OF 12 DAYS STAY Thank you

Roshan (Duty Manager) was superb and gave us a free upgrade to next room category nice to have a manager like him at the reception polite very friendly also his team is will groomed and customer friendly. Anal was willing really helpful with the details

A hotel in the upper price range and close to the airport. Normally a good prerequisite for a stay in Chennai.....but unfortunately all hopes were dashed after just one week!! The laundry service lost a pair of my trousers (denim) in the first week... Offer from the hotel....they buy a pair of jeans from a local supplier. Instead of four polo shirts, I get six....The WiFi is not usable for business most of the time. And my room is very susceptible to rain and very bad for anyone's health (pictures). An extremely cumbersome way of controlling everything in the room with a tablet makes it almost impossible for people who wear glasses to close a curtain without them. Sorry, but it could also be a nice hotel, the prerequisites are already there.

Very convenient when short in the city and also with some trips needed within India. Friendliness as well as a clean environment are key. Special thanks this time to Ashim. We had a great experience with his Chutney collection! It was fun to listen to his explanations and the joy he had with us. Will come back!

I come to Chennai every year for a few weeks for business and has already stayed in six different hotels but the Radisson Blu Hotel GRT Chennai is the best. Very good location close to the airport but very quiet in the rooms. Three restaurants in the hotel, the food is very good, the staff are super professional and very friendly. The best thing is the gym... top equipment and in absolutely great condition, like the whole hotel. This hotel is highly recommended for business trips, even for longer stays. I stayed in this hotel for five weeks.

A very warm welcome provided by team. Mr Abhishek was outstanding. He provide all group room on priority. Next time I will definitely come again. Food was good and restaurant team is also nice. Rooms were very clean thank you so much radisson team

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel near the airport in Chennai, and my experience was outstanding. The hotel boasts excellent facilities with a great ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home. The food was superb, especially the buffet lunch and breakfast, which were filled with a wide variety of delicious options. Each meal was a culinary delight, catering to all tastes and preferences. Since its near airport, very good for business trips. The hotel should provide airport pick up and drop. Overall, Radisson Blu Hotel near Chennai airport is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and top-notch dining options. Highly recommended! Best regards, Ajay Vyas
