Smell in room, dirty room, door lock not working, tv not working bedsheet pillow not change or dirty, my booking was with breakfast but i got only 1 vada &small dosa ask for tea manager denied. We are not give tea

The room was small, the manager was rude, there were cockroaches in bed and in walls, curtains were dirty and no ventilation. Only the washroom was pretty okay.

Though i booked economy but as per cleaning standard it lacks much below the average standard they have i would not recommend for family stay

Only plus point was it's location. I have stayed with my family, booked a triple bed but had to sleep on floor wit mattress. The bed room and bathrooms were clean though

Hotel located 500m distance from central railway. Rooms are clean but curtains and bedsheets seems to be dirty and washroom ceiling also broken. Other than that staffs are good and polite

Booked thro app for ac and breakfast but booking was accepted with non ac and without breakfast. Simply saying almost all their outer ac units were under repair. I booked for 3 nights 4 days and paid full amount in advance (which is my mistake) after check-in i couldn't able to cancel the booking and request the counter to cancel. First they refused to cancel since the booking was made through the app and after sometime accepted to cancel. Literally from morning 4. 30am till 11. 45am we were in the hotel, but they cancel-led only one day. Balance 2 days amount they eat. No intercom facilities in the room
it's horrible stay. Pls don't pay the full amount in advance, first check the room.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and co-operative. The location is in walkable distance from chennai central, so it is easily accessible.

The cleanliness was good in room and washroom. There was good lighting. The service was also good. The only thing was amenities like towels, door mat, and other small things were had to be asked for. Also there was no breakfast meals in that pricing range.
