My whole experience in Sonesta ES Chesterfield was great! I stayed there for about 2 weeks. The room was perfect. All staff members and GM were very welcoming and they helped me with any my requests for the room! I appreciate them a lot. I will definitely come back.

I really like this place. I know it might be a bit sketchy but I felt safe. There were a couple issues with cops arresting someone on the site. I think the staff are great.

I didn’t care for this hotel. Unfortunately we came in later so it was dark and felt a little unsafe. The rooms were tidy, but it appeared that they hadn’t deep cleaned in a long time. There was thick dust on the curtains, stuff all over the back of the bathroom door, stains on the carpet and even on the towel. The only thing I liked was that there were three beds.

It is very convenient for my type of travel needs to have a full refrigerator and freezer along with kitchen appliances and full living room type space for extra comfort! I will be back for certain.

Room was kinda rough. Dust on lamps, chipping paint. Holes in closet door. There was 4 inches of snow on the stairs leading up to room on second story. Huge safety hazard. Staff was rude, they were trash talking in Spanish after I asked for tp. The best thing about it was leaving

The set up was amazing, spacious and clean. Plenty of amenities available. The breakfast was not pleasant but that’s why you have your own kitchen. Make your own breakfast! Lol. I enjoyed my stay overall experience was great. Definitely recommending to family and friends. Will return.

Beds were uncomfortable and the TV was small with not a lot of options for viewing. Great size and nice kitchen.
