Everything was good. WiFi needs better coverage as on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the signal is very weak

The jetted tub was not working. We called front desk. They sent housekeeping and she left the floors muddy and didn't clean it. And then they said they would call me and update me on another room and and never did. They said maintenance was going to check the pump and never did. The Executive rooms are better than me junior suite.

The pictures online ******* was captivating making the hotel seem so clean and cozy. Beds were hard with covers smelling like half dried Clorox laundry. towels were horrible, hard and dark. Flies bit all night even with the AC on, found that very strange. The parking is not safe, it’s hazardous in emergency cases such as a fire etc. Only one entrance and it’s also used as the exit.

Staff was very rude and didn’t want to give us an extra key. I was on a business trip with my wife and had different activities and sleep times. I had to wake up my wife , sometimes we had to wait for staff to open the door for us. Please stay away from this place , three blocks from there is dangerous at night

Great location, Nice room, good bed, TV, etc. .... but insufficient hot water to take a normal shower

Its a convenient hotel for the average person but had to call the attention of the janitor to empty chips bags thrown at the foot of the steps at the main entrance to the hotel. There was also an empty whiskey box lying around from the previous night. I also noticed mold on the shower curtain in my room which should not be.
