Lugar agradable, limpio y tranquilo con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, sin duda un lugar bien ubicado que permite moverse con facilidad.

This was a great place to stay in. We needed to be close to an Event in Briceño and the place worked perfect. It is located in a really good central area with everything you need around and the room was kept pretty clean! Highly recommended

This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.

Fue genial la experiencia en el hotel, lo tiene absolutamente todo... sus espacios son muy familiares y excelentes para los niños, la piscina en la terraza en genial. La habitación me la entregaron impecable. La cobertura de internet es muy buena, y la recepción es 24 horas lo cual se agradece mucho.

Me Encanto, la estadía en el hotel fue de lo mejor... Sus habitaciones reconfortantes para un buen descanso; es la mejor opción para ir a conocer la sabana de Bogotá y sus alrededores saliendo de la rutina. La piscina se merece un día 10 y ni hablar del personal, un personal atento y siempre dispuesto a colaborar. Lo recomendaría 100 %.

Me hospedé durante este fin de semana con mi pareja y realmente fue toda una experiencia, amé este hotel! Sus espacios son muy lindos y grandes! Y la piscina es espectacular, lo mejor es que es climatizada❤️ Sin duda volveré y espero hacerlo pronto😊
