This is a cheerful, family-run hotel with an excellent location in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. The owner is really friendly and attentive. They offer room service and free water refills daily. The studio room was comfortable and spacious for two people. There is a small patio area, but be careful of slipping as the concrete surface gets slippery from the rain. The area is generally quiet most of the time, even though there are plenty of bars and a market nearby. Plenty of massage parlors and restaurants close by as well. There was a bit of an ant problem, but we just made sure to pack all our food in the fridge as to not attract them. Not a big deal at all. It is a low cost option that’s centrally located with short walking distance to all major attractions of old town and surrounding areas including night markets. This place is best suitable for budget travelers not looking for luxury stays. It was a great deal overall!

Cozy, good location, very friendly and helpful owners. Stayed for two weeks with a baby. The small yard was great as our 1-year old could run around. Cheap bicycle rental made it easy to go everywhere - they even had one bicycle with a baby chair. And a baby chair for airport transfer. Big private room with small kitchen - no stove, only a toaster oven, a hot water kettle, sink and small fridge - but for making formula and breakfast and heating up leftovers that was plenty. A micro is available in the common kitchen. Staff were great. The small cafe is good, and the restaurant across the street has good thai good and descent western food options. It’s simple, but it has a very nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely stay there again next time.

Excellent family run hostel, great location in the old town. Really recommend for backpackers as they’ve got a friendly atmosphere and spacious dorms. Owners are amazing, really helpful in booking our tours and giving general tips about the area.
