SR Grand Hotel – opinie

The room came with instant noodles, coffee drip bags, and some small snacks. I'm not sure if this is standard for all rooms or just this particular type. The room was relatively clean, but the location was a bit out of the way. We drove there, and the hotel's parking lot was full, but someone guided us to an alternative parking spot and then drove us to the hotel entrance. The front desk staff were friendly, and overall, it was a pretty good stay.

This is my second stay here, and I'm still impressed with the service and the hotel's atmosphere. The rooms are perfect for modern travelers, with plenty of power outlets so you don't have to worry about charging your devices. The facilities are good overall. The location might be a bit far from the city center, but you gain peace and quiet. I'm confident that on my future trips to Chiang Mai, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodation.

Good hotel, rooms aren't cramped. The lighting is good and the air conditioning is cold. The bathroom lighting is great for photos! My only minor issue is that the power outlets are a bit difficult to plug things into.

The room looked good, but the air conditioning had a really musty smell. There were no tissues in the room, and the amenities provided weren't very convenient. Breakfast and drinking water were available at all times.

People there would ruin your vacation. Until now when I'm typing this, my hands are still shaking because I still feel terrified and petrified, when I am recalling the memory. The staff and the owner here were the worst people I've ever met in my life. I booked for 4 nights but I "ran away", literally ran away, after the first night. This is my first time to make a negative comment after I traveled 23 countries and in average I go abroad once a month for over 3 years. Just don't choose there.
