這是一家讓我特別驚喜的酒店，有温度，很細心的酒店，在清邁住了20天這個酒店性價比最高，服務最周到，服務員最熱情，最細心，他會為每個客户準備需要的東西，提供優質的服務，早餐也很用心，房間，佈置的很精緻，我很喜歡，還有免費提供水果 下午茶 ，給孩子提供玩具之類的，太完美了、住這裏真是不錯的選擇…超出了我的預期…酒店還有一位漂亮的泰國老闆娘還會一些中文，真的很棒👍

บรรยากาศดีมากก ร่มรื่น บริเวณรอบๆโรงแรมสวยดี สะอาด ไปกับเพื่อน 2 คน ประหยัดเงินได้ดี ใกล้ในเมืองมาก ไปแต่ละที่เที่ยวในตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ค่อนข้างใกล้ ให้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครับ แอบหักตรงมีมดอยู่ในห้องค่อยข้างเยอะกับพนักงานต้อนรับไม่ค่อยยิ้มตอนเจอกันครั้งแรก แต่โดนรวมดีมาก ถ้ากลับไปเชียงใหม่คงกลับมาพักอีก

The experience with Away Chiang Mai was amazing! Being a vegan, it’s my very first time to stay in a fully vegan hotel. Every morning, I enjoyed the vegan breakfast buffet without needing to read food labels/ guessing if the dish contained any animal ingredients. Apart from food, the room was very comfortable. The swimming pool was not crowded and I could swim freely. What’s more, while the weather was quite cool during my stay, the swimming pool was supplied with warm water. Away Chiang Mai is such a great place for vacation.

This hotel is well located at a very accessible and convenient place. There are shopping mall, eateries, pharmacies, Starbucks, massages nearby. It is just a few steps away from the Main Street. Upon arrival, it is themed with lots of Moose mascots and signs around the hotel. At the hotel lobby, there are complimentary snacks and drinks available. Every noon and night, there are even tea break snack and night snack available. The hotel service is pleasant and efficient in helping us during our stay there. The room is spacious with a king size bed, decorated with Moose plush and signs, it also came with a bathtub. The place is clean and tidy. For the daily hotel breakfast, it is decent and sufficient. We have a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

stayed there for 4 nights with my mom! we both super love the room, very clean, mattress is very comfy, love the bathroom and the nice breakfast. location is super close to nimmanhaemin road. Saw few bad reviews of loud noises, the hotel do provide some ear plugs but me and my mom could fall asleep without any ear plugs. It is not issue for us. super love the hotel and very welcoming! and so pretty. staff are very nice too! thank you for amazing stay

Each space: from the lush garden with its whimsical pink tree to the serene onsen entrance, feels thoughtfully curated and deeply relaxing. The breakfast spread was a highlight: beautifully plated, delicious, and full of variety. Whether it was the hearty Western-style breakfast or the vibrant tropical fruits, everything was fresh and satisfying. The attention to detail in presentation made each meal feel special. The rooms and common areas are spotless and stylish, with tasteful decor that balances tradition and contemporary flair. We especially loved the cozy dining setups and the gentle lighting that made evenings feel magical. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear they care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great food, aesthetic charm, and heartfelt service, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Stay in Villa Mahabhirom was fantastic from the rooms to the service. We were greeted with smiles and warmth by the staff as we arrived at the villa ....special mention to Driver (his name), He is very informative and speaks clearly , The staff including hotel manager Yaya were so pampering. After the checked in we were surprise with 2 birthday cakes, beautifully decorated with fruits and flowers and presented by all the staff of that day with birthday song .. They were so thoughtful and the gesture really touches us. The villa has the most beautiful garden, very well kept with healthy plants and trees. We were always greeted with smiles and cares as we go in and out of the villa, All the staff are very well trained....good job, Yaya, Driver and Eye. We will definitely come again.

Wszyscy członkowie personelu byli uprzejmi i przyjaźni. Śniadanie było w porządku, ale bez parzonej kawy, zamiast tego jest wybór smaków kawy rozpuszczalnej. Menu na śniadanie zmienia się codziennie, więc to jest dobre dla różnorodności. Pani, która, jak sądzę, jest kierownikiem, pozwoliła mi wymeldować się o 14:00, to miłe z jej strony. Jednak jest mały problem z łazienką. Mechanizm spłukiwania toalety stale wydawał dźwięk co około 10 minut. Kilka razy budził mnie w środku nocy. Nie udało im się tego naprawić przez cały mój 4-dniowy pobyt. Hotel znajduje się dosłownie obok nocnego targu w Anusarn. Chociaż hotel jest ładny i czysty, zdjęcia na stronie internetowej wyglądają o wiele lepiej. ;)

W ogóle nie ma tak niskiej oceny! W południowo-wschodnim narożniku starożytnego miasta Chiang Mai, obok północnej strony drzwi, znajduje się starożytna świątynia. Nocny targ i targ Chengmen znajdują się niecałe 20 minut od głównej drogi jest cicho w nocy. Na pierwszym piętrze znajdują się trzy wewnętrzne miejsca do odpoczynku i dwa miejsca na zewnątrz, w tym basen i staw rybny. W południe można wyjść poczytać książkę i przejść kilka kroków na zachód. Są tam wszelkiego rodzaju kawy. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, naprawdę nie jest źle.
