酒店在市中心 步行可以到達很多景點 靠近地鐵站 前台服務熱情贈送酒店酒吧折扣劵 城景高層26樓景觀不錯 房間乾淨夠寬敞 淋浴水壓強 早餐中規中矩 24小時前台提供熱水和咖啡 這是酒店很加分的一點 入住時有安保人員 安全保障。 缺點是酒店隔音比較差 空調噪音聲比較響 需要改進

Upon arrival on Nov 30 I informed front desk one of the rooms(king bed) I booked/paid for the party was not able to stay that night Nov 30 because of an emergency situation that happened. They rebooked their flight and we're going to stay Dec 1 only at Spring Hill suites. When they arrived on Saturday morning they were told a fee would be charged for $140. I am disputing this fee as the front desk was told the party was only staying one night. Please refund this amount. Thank you, Petrina Moran

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to downtown Chicago, easy self-parking options, extremely comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: Very dated property with interior finishes in common areas and the rooms really needing a refresh and update. Felt dark and dingy. Bathroom exhaust fan was completely ineffective to remove shower steam and bathroom odors, which made the room unpleasant. Plus, the grout in the shower area was covered in red mold or mildew. The coffee maker in the room did not work.

This hotel offers an easy pull up area to unload and prepare your vehicle for Valet parking. Every staff member we encounterd was very nice. The hotel is clean, modern, and rooms were spacious.

I stayed for 5 nights for the Chicago marathon and the hotel was incredibly prepared for the influx of guests and ready to serve and accommodate us however we needed. It’s in a prefect location to walk anywhere downtown and along the riverfront. It was also easy to meet people at breakfast if you chose to.
The only less positives I’d say are that the elevator to go down from an already low floor (I was on the 4th) takes forever. I learned it’s faster to press the button to call the elevator up and ride it all the way to the top even with people’s stops than wait for it to open for me to go down. That was annoying.
And while there was a small variety of breakfast options, I’d say they were simply decent. If you’re looking for more homemade breakfast style, you won’t find that. But simple breakfast options with some eggs and potatoes added… it was good enough for me so it was perfect.
