This was an interesting place. The value was great for the location and the quality of the room. They took some kind of additional fee off the deposit, but in exchange you get two free drinks during happy hour? A very interesting concept!

We were very impressed! The staff were very knowledgeable and alway made themselves available to assist or answer questions. We were here on a first time visit to Chicago and the Kinzie staff made sure we got the most out of it.
The location was convenient for the excellent Chicago Transit system. Many great restaurants were nearby.
If we return, we will be coming back to the Kinzie!

The hotel is in a prime location in River North. Good-sized Delux King Room. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair price. Low-quality happy hour wine. Fresh fruit is included in the breakfast buffet.

It was a very relaxed day and night. The service was very nice everybody was so welcoming. The breakfast was not that good for the price I made with the night of the hotel. Coffee was watery

It was worth the money to pay for valet parking. Everything we wanted to see/do was within walking distance, so it was a relief to have our car pulled right in front of the hotel when we needed to check out, and super convenient to be able to leave it parked safely with the hotel until 6 PM the day of checkout. We called as we left our restaurant at the end of the day, and the car was ready and waiting for us 15 minutes later. Super convenient not to have to hassle with navigating parking garages and pay multiple times for parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

We were coming into town for a concert in the dead of winter and it was COLD! Thankfully the Kinzie was so close to everything we wanted to do and were super helpful with all of our needs!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable except the beds. The mattress was worn on the one side. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was just ok.
