The motel was ok for the price, and I understand it's a motel and all; but the room was extremely cold due to the blizzard that was going on during those days. No way to control the heat in the room since it's building controlled, not room controlled.

My 20 yo son was not allowed to check in late at night after traveling for several hours. This is discrimination. Luckily we found a better place two miles away. Do not book for you or your child if under 21.

The bed was really comfortable. I felt safe and the location was really convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was decent' the bath tub was disgusting, the evening manager was friendly but the day shift manager was rude and not very helpful.. he was was unwilling to be of assistance and very short with me. The door to my room didnt make me feel safe due to the bottome of the door looked like it had been kicked in before, it didnt have an extra lock to secure it.. i was pleased that it had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room that was definitely a plus.. i didnt feel safe and i was unable to sleep comfortably due to the door.. i had to keep checking outside the window to make sure my car was safe.

I understand everything is a bit expensive in Chicago, but this motel is not worth 100 bucks a night... 40 at the most.

We looked at three rooms and none were clean. One had what look liked mouse turds against the wall, another had a blood splatter on a pillow case and the third had cigarette burn on covers. We ended up not staying there and got our refund from *******.

Terrible experience. Bathroom ceiling paint were peeling/hanging down, bathtub/floor- dirty, unmaintained, cement pieces broken off. Bedroom looked like 100-year old unmaintained look.
Air-conditioning (?) whirring noise was so bad unable to sleep. If I had known how it was, I wouldn't have stayed even for FREE. Horrible!!!!!!!!
