距離市中心有點遠，開車大概要15-20min，但酒店服務很不錯而且房間很乾淨也很舒適，早餐還行但種類不算多。

It is very easy to take the train from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is in front of the train station. There are two train stations in walkable distance. Lots of parking however is not a parked. Area very safe. The breakfast at the hotel was very convenient.
To have the room clean it has to be requested with 24 hrs in advance. Not very convenient. no ATM.
There is not restaurant very limited menu at the bar. There corridors still look like a hospital. Not very very relaxing atmosphere.

Very close to the United Center if you’re in town for a game. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. I’ll definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice with some cool history to it. The room was very nice. The parking fee is $30 for an uncovered lot adjacent to the building which is probably reasonable since there is not much parking in the area.

Nice place, very spacious rooms, parking is interesting but if you get there early you can get a pass for their lot for $30.

Rooms are rather small. I had prob a foot of space between the wall and the bed(king bed with sleeper sofa) No microwaves, no pool, elevators were nasty(they smelt, all the grab bars were loose, and looked like something was dripping down the walls). Our hotel Bathroom didnt look like it was ever cleaned as there was hair in the sink food on the floor etc… Beds were so uncomfortable; woke up so sore as if i never slept. They will charge fees on your card without you knowing when you check in. I had to question them on it. Their parking is $30 and not the advertised $20 on their website. Also, their is no difference in what you see of Chicago whether you pay for a high floor(which i did, for a city view, but i got to see is the parking lot) not worth the extra money for the higher floors.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
