Très belle hôtel la chambre étais vraiment belle lit confortable par contre l'accueil que nous avons étais était médiocre nous avons eu l'impression de déranger le jeune homme , aucun sourire sur a comprendre très déçu de notre accueil par contre à notre départ l'homme était super belle façon beau sourire très gentil 😊

I made my reservation through Priceline. When we arrived on Friday evening (March 11th), the hotel was closed! Another group of travellers, who also had made their booking online, arrived at about the same time, to get the same surprise. A note had simply been put on the door saying "Temporarily closed". Why didn't the hotel managers just close the booking system? I will never book there again.

Chambre et lit étaient bien. Hotel bien situé au centre-ville pour l’accès aux restos. Par contre, le coin est horrible avec un terminus d’autobus en face et un voisinage douteux. Le pire est la discothèque à même l’hotel avec sa musique et les cris des clients jusqu’à 3:00 du matin. Pour le sommeil, on repassera. À éviter, oui à éviter.

Bonjour Première chambre que nous recevons l’eau de la douche est soit trop chaude ou trop froide pas possible quelle soit tiède et l’autre chambre qu’on reçoit donne sur le bar, pas possible de dormir avec la musique et les gens dehors.avant 3h. Sans parler de la climatisation qui fait un vacarme et du lit double qui penche au milieu . Je ne reviendrai jamais ici Seul point Ford la personne a l’accueil

On y a dormi 2 nuits. On a choisi une chambre avec balcon. On a vraiment aimé. Bon déjeuner. Simple, mais très bon. Tres bon rapport qualité-prix. On a pu visiter, a pied, le secteur. En autre la pulperie. Si on retourne dans ce coin, on va y retourner, c est certain.

Hôtel propre et bien placé Personnel aimable Chambre spacieuse et confortable Peut être la salle d eau à rafraîchir Et le petit déjeuner simple mais consistant était inclus ( ce qui n était pas noté dans notre réservation) Donc contents de notre nuitée

Avions réservé 1 chambre double : tarif annoncé aux alentours de 150 $ …arrivés à l’hôtel à 23h…tarif annoncé : presque 200$ !! L’agent d’accueil a appelé le patron…parlant en créole …sans parler de la tenue du personnel qui gravite autour (shorts, tongues…). Avons appelé un autre hôtel et sommes partis…accueil touristique lamentable voire méprisant…personnel incompétent qui aurait sa place pour vendre des beignets sur une plage…et encore…! À fuir !

La camera ha muri e mobili scuri, dunque risulta molto buia, opprimente e claustrofobica. Non esiste privacy, i muri sono sottilissimi tanto da riuscire a sentire distintamente qualsiasi cosa faccia il vicino di stanza, compresa la sua simpatica telefonata alle 5 del mattino che ci ha fatto da sveglia. Per tutta la notte abbiamo potuto sentire le macchine che si avvicendavano nel parcheggio sottostante. Esperienza pessima, siamo andati via un giorno prima del previsto dopo non aver quasi chiuso occhio
