Wonderful spring holiday vacation in this cozy hotel with gorgeous culinary and extremely welcoming staff. The hotel owner and his family work so hard and are always smiling and friendly to make you really deal like at home. All other staff members are very helpful and kind as well. The sauna and pool world is absolutely amazing equipped with fresh drinks and apples. Returning after the all day long skiiing to this relax zone before great dinner with so much food and served meals makes every day absolutely amazing experience. This is a place where we definitely want to come back to again.

This is an authentic Italian/German holiday. My family, two grown children and spouses and two grandchildren all enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is lovely and so well kept. We had a family table for breakfast and dinner and the lounge area was wonderful for meeting up and having a drink and conversation before or after or really any time. The food was excellent. Breakfast is a very large buffet with so many choices I was glad to be there a week so I could sample them all. Each evening started with a buffet of local small plates, soup and salad. There were three entree choices each night and a yummy dessert. My daughter-in-law is a vegetarian and she had plenty to choose from. There is an indoor play area my grandchildren loved. This is mainly a ski resort but we were there in the summer and not disappointed. We were able to rent bikes, relax in pools and take local transportation (which is included in your room rate) to many nearby places. There is much to do in the area. The family that owns the resort was very helpful and made sure our every need was met. We were the only American there which I loved since I felt totally immersed in the culture.

We were a family of 5 with small baby and we really enjoyed our 6 day stay in this family owned and run hotel. Service was great, breakfast buffet was various and with lots of selection. Dinner options were delicious every day including the buffet for salads, soup etc. The soup service for lunch was a great addition. Hotel is clean, well maintained and the bonus is the family that is actively running the hotel and provides excellent service to guests. Pool and spa area is fantastic, with heated indoor and outdoor pools. We will definitely come back.

We've stayed at the pustertallen hof last week and had a grate time. The family who owns the place and the staf are incredibly friendly and helpful. We personally had most contact with Peter, who made are staying a great time and helped us out with everything we neded. Thanks again to al the staff and the famili! Brilliant hotel with an even more brilliant service. The combination of climbing the mountains in the morning and relaxing at the huge an lovely spa area in the afternoon is so enjoying. This followed by a very good dinner and a really well made drink in the evening results in a perfect vacation day. I need also to highlight the great and professional service. We felt warmly situated at any time of our holiday and will definitely come back!

Dieses familiengeführte und wunderschöne Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen! Wir haben uns schon bei der Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt und können nichts aussetzen. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und sauber, der Wellnessbereich ist super toll und das Essen ist immer der Hammer!!!! Die Küche ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und das Personal super freundlich. Die Gegend eignet sich super für Wanderungen und Velotouren. Wir werden bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf! Danke vielmals liebes Pustertalerhof Team für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub und die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Week end meraviglioso, siamo tornati in questo albergo per la seconda volta, posto incantevole, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ogni angolo curato nei minimi dettagli, super pulito, spa molto accogliente e rilassante con molti angoli per tutte le esigenze ….colazione e cena top!!! Massaggiatrice eccellente !!! Molto competente e professionale. Consigliatissimo❤️

L’hotel è in una posizione comoda per tutto (sci, escursioni, gite). È completamente ristrutturato, moderno ma caldo ed accogliente. Le stanze sono silenziose e ampie. Colazione e cena eccellenti e ben curati. Zona Spa non immensa ma ben organizzata e fruibile sia da coppie che da famiglie. Non per ultimo i proprietari sono sempre gentili e sorridenti quindi ti senti a casa, complimenti!

Per il secondo anno consecutivo in Val Pusteria abbiamo scelto questo hotel ed è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa, se divo dirla tutta, molto al di sopra delle aspettative già alte. Spazi comuni immensi, grande cortesia, ottime stanze ed ottimi servizi. Buona anche la gastronomia, fantastica la colazione al mattino, al pari di categorie superiori. Per la zona spa etc, parlano le foto... una comodissima piscina interna collegata con una splendida e grande piscina interna, immersa in un bellissimo giardino Altri servizi a disposizione di bambini e adulti, compresa una spa vera e propria "adult only" Pur essendo all'inizio della valle, la posizione dell'hotel è ottima per spaziare in lungo ed in largo e, nonostante la vicinanza della statale, le stanze sono ottimamente insonorizzate. I miei complimenti e... a presto sicuramente
