Be careful with this hotel; I had a confirmed reservation but when I arrived they told me they hadn't my register; it turns out they sold my room to an earlier arrival and blatantly lied to me (I know because a colleague arrived earlier and although he confirmed I'd be arriving late, they cancelled and erased my confirmation). They're a fraud.

When I arrived, the floor of my room was filled with crumbs, I even found a chewing gum. I went to lay down and between the mattress and the bed sheet there were several long hairs which had probably been there for a while, from different people.

Sufrimos una intoxicación por cloro al usar la alberca y jacuzzi el sábado 29 de junio. Mis hijos y mi esposo y yo, por la madrugada , tuvimos vómitos severos, ojos hinchados , dolor de garganta y tos continua . Al reportar al mostrador no tenían ningún protocolo de emergencia y tuvimos que ir al doctor al día siguiente por nuestra cuenta. Varios huéspedes sufrieron intoxicación ese día , ignoró si lo reportaron. Muy mal manejo y falla en el mantenimiento de la alberca. No regresaremos nunca.

El personal es muy amable y atento, la alberca con agua templada y limpia, el plus en el cuarto fueron los productos dove, el desayuno muy rico y variado tienen buen sazón, si volvería, fui para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hija y ella amo el hotel y la alberca 💜

Mal servicio y empleados sin sentido común, el área de alberca debe de ser reservada para utilizarse, y ya cuando te asignan la hora de utilizarla te topas con que en el jacuzzi solo puede estar una persona a la vez, no puedes introducir bebidas de ningún tipo
