Clean and comfortable. WiFi signal was really poor though, couldn’t really get a connection in my room.

晚上入住，預訂沒有看評價，相信holiday inn 這個品牌。實際入住感覺很差。首先辦理入住的地方不在樓裏，在外面一個地方，標誌不清晰，天黑找了半天才找到，最大的問題是幾乎沒有網絡，移動信號也很弱。上網幾乎不可能。第二天一早就離開了。但是欽利峽谷的確非常漂亮，Spider Rock 下午會是順光可以照到。

The property manager and ******* both lied to me and ripped me off for over $200. I had originally booked for four nights but reduced it to two nights when i checked in. Neither the property manager nor the ******* representative would grant a refund with each blaming the other for not being able to do so.

I didn’t even get to check in the property was not open due to a black out of electricity. I didn’t not get to stay at the hotel at all.

Great proximity to the Visitor Center. Garcia’s provided good food. Meager shelf space at the sink. Swimming pool full of wasps and water bugs. Limited and irregular gift shop hours. Uneven flooring on first floor hallway. No elevator to second floor.

The room was very comfortable and I couldn't hear any outside noise. The grounds are nice enough. They used to provide breakfast with the room rate so I was surprised when they did not. The major issues were: the TV did not have a picture for most of the channels and when I called the front desk, I was told she did not know what to do and there was nobody else working. There was a saturated spot on the carpet directly in front of the nightstand so I had to be careful everytime I got in and out of bed so I did not step in whatever it was. When I went to put food in the fridge, I opened it and there was a strong stench. I discovered there was leftover food inside and the temperature had been turned all the way down.
