From check-in to check-out the staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. I needed to cancel one night of my stay and they accommodated the change in my reservation even though it was last minute, without any extra charges.

This is an older hotel, but seems to be clean and well maintained. Check in staff was friendly and offered us cookies and popcorn. There arent many lodging options in Chinle, but this one was a good stay for the price.

I don't like the area near the hotel. I was asked for money at the gas station and you have to prepay for gas (not a good sign in my opinion).

The hotel room was ok, but nothing special. Having the Junction restaurant on the property was convenient. Convenient to Canyon de Chelly.

The whole night I kept hear loud trucks running up and down the road. When I say loud it sound like I was at a monster jam. After a 8 hour drive I wanted sleep. That did not happen. It was not once I heard this vehicle going back and forth all night. I don’t know if they were racing. I do understand the freeway is near by. That was no problem. I stayed there to see how it was so I could bring my boys back. I think I’ll look for something else.

This is an older hotel but has had fairly recent upgrades. The Junction Restaurant is right next door and the food and service there is great. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the staff was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

There was minimal water pressure in the shower and there was a homeless man who stood near our room for much of our fist night's stay.
The pool was not available as well. We could have used the pool, it was over 100 degrees...
