Large open area filled with plants and trees. Continental food is 5 Star. Staff is very courteous. Laundry service is too fast and upto the mark. A bit to improve regarding food taste and buffet variety served. Thank you ***agement to give us a free upgrade to Suite Room.

Fabulous stay we stay there with 7 family members good location tasty complementary breakfast peaceful and calm place to relax inside this resort there is gym jungle park for childrens it's 25 kilometres from munnar there is no good restaurants around this resort so please take your launch dinner same in this resort

I stayed at Fort Munnar with my wife on first March 2023. Booked valley view rooms. It's a beautiful place to stay with family. The host are very warm. We were the only guest on that Friday, so we got ala carte dinner and breakfast instead of buffet. The food was good. The morning view of Anayirangal dam reservoir from the room was so amazing.

Stayed at this hotel for a night as a part of a family trip, just the five of us. Clean and well furnished rooms with refreshing views from the window. Cable TV was available in the room. Ample space around the hotel to walk around, children's park with basic facilities with benches, and there was a gym which we didn't use. The gym seemed to have all necessary equipments. They did have a very well maintained indoor games room equipped with Table tennis, pool, caroms and chess where we had fun playing TT (I might be missing some games here.). WiFi was available at good speeds. There was a campfire and music was played until 9. We only had breakfast and the buffet had almost every kind of breakfast food from bread and butter to poori masala, and i felt that it will satisfy almost everybody's food habits. The staff were very friendly, patient and professional. The stay at this hotel really boosted our trip. The hotel isn't close to Munnar town, but peace lovers will love the place. Will stay there again if we visit Munnar!
