This is a great hotel with excellent service. Many thanks to Maria and Moses who provided exceptional service during our stay at the hotel. well done guys - we will be back. Has to be number 1 hotel in Chipata having stayed in others.

The front office staff is so warm, they really know their job however the bar is kind off limited as they do not make cocktails even mock-tails, the food was delicious and I do not regret my trip. One thing I noticed is that they do not have a business centre on the premises & their internet is slow considering foreigners who are not allowed to buy sim cards in Zambia. They do not offer wi-fi vouchers even at a fee, it was difficult to communicate to my people back home unless I choose to sit by the reception. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel!

Day 1 of 2 and I am loving everything about this place. The place is nicely cool despite the outside temperature being 31℃. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was perfect as advertised… can’t wait for Day 2. Hopefully to come back next time.

Das gesamte Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Da lohnt es sich nicht aufzuzählen, einfach alles sollte überarbeitet werden. Die Küche ist wirklich gut, teilweise zumindest bei größeren Gruppen mit stundenlanger Wartezeit einzurechnen. Der Jungs an der Bar sind spitze nur deshalb gebe ich 3 Sterne. Den Pool habe ich mit Skepsis auf die Wasserqualität gemieden. Frühstück war ok

Não há dúvidas de que esse é o melhor hotel de Chipata, mas quando chegamos na primeira noite, logo após termos um acidente de carro, a equipe não foi nada empática e pouco flexível conosco. Nos dias restantes, sempre que solicitávamos um serviço do hotel (encontrar uma empresa de aluguel de carro, por exemplo), era demorado e pouco confiável. Não tem serviços compatíveis com o nível de qualidade que se espera de um hotel Marriott
