Excellent location and extremely helpful and friendly staff at this gem of a hotel. Everyone made us feel welcome. Tasty and varied breakfast. Great transfer arrangement to/from airport. We will definitely want to be back at this hotel in friendly Chisinau.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! They had Rose jam which I had never tried before and it was probably the best jam I’ve ever had. The receptionist Madalina was so helpful and went above and beyond showing me around, from the breakfast to the spa she made my experience complete!

Nice rooms, well arranged areas, business centers and banquets. Attentive staff in all areas. Smiley faces meet you at reception and continious at breakfast, New York Restaurant and fine dining Zaxi Restaurant. Good SPA with gym and aquazone. Highly recommend!

The service is incredible! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Such a family-friendly hotel plus I had to do some work while there and they were very accommodating. Rooms are great, spa is great, food is great...will always come back to this hotel when traveling to Moldova.

Many thanks to the friendly staff..we founded home comfort ....what else ... Tripadvisor asked minimum 200 caractere , please change this figur ... sometimes its enough to explain the feeling with a few word too !!!!!

great location, dedicated stuff, perfect breakfast, nice rooms. We visited vineyards, churches, castles, museum, people everywhere were great, Hotel is well position for all these activities. Moldova is worth visiting!

Great hotel. Had a really nice stay with great breakfast and location. The service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was big with lots of choice. Didn't get a chance to go to Zaxi, but New York had good food at good prices. I would definitely stay again.
