Very good hotel, but especially Benjamin, at the reception was amazing, and helped us out with so many things and a smile on his face. I will definitely come back.

fabulous hotel everything and more welcomed from the moment we walked in . trendy hip hotel and central, the hotel was very clean the breakfast was nice the staff was attentive all the facilities you need for a short break and the hotel receptionist millicent was fantastic very friendly knowledgeable and spoke fantastic english and french .... we will be back x

Moyennant un petit supplément, il est possible d’avoir une chambre avec vue sur l’église Notre-Dame, superbe vue qui vaut la peine. Pour le reste, les chambres relèvent du standing classique d’un mercure, comme le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. L’emplacement au centre est idéal et pratique pour sortir de la ville ensuite. Seul bémol : la chaleur dans les chambres (mi avril) impossible à régler qui nous a obligés à dormir fenêtre ouverte.

Accueil au top, très bel hôtel, personnel très à l écoute. Je séjourne très souvent dans cet hôtel et on est toujours très bien reçu. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est toujours très bien. Le personnel a un très grand sens du service.

Ma réservation faite par mail correspondait au lendemain du jour où je suis arrivé. La direction a corrigé cette erreur d'une façon très pro et très commercialement. Merci aussi pour la personne qui était à l'accueil.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans Cholet, avec un parking à proximité immédiate, d'un tarif très abordable. L'accueil est très sympathique Nous avons réservé 2 chambres pour une nuit : une suite et une chambre privilège. J'évoquerai ici la suite que j'ai occupé. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose d'un dressing. De là à l'appeler une suite... Petite déception sur la découverte quand le site all.com affiche une "suite" avec plafond cathédrale. La (grande) chambre est très propre et calme car elle donne sur une cours intérieure. Peu de chambres ont cette chance et certaines rues autours de l'hôtel sont animées le soir (dans mon cas un vendredi). Le lit est grand et confortable. Pas de mini bar, pas de machine à café (juste qq sachets de café soluble+thé), pas même une petite bouteille d'eau. La "suite" est alors moins attirante (la chambre privilège dispose de ces équipements). Côté sanitaire. salle de douche et toilettes, très propres également tous les deux sont séparés. Les boutons permettant la sélection douche/ciel sont cassés. Client Platinum, je n'ai trouvé aucune attention particulière en dehors du traditionnel bon boisson disponible dès le premier niveau de fidélité.
