It was very hot weather when we arrived. The staff were not very welcoming but did their job OK The room was air conditioned which was a boon. The restaurant is NOT part of the hotel although it is attached to the building and we found it below average for food and service. We stayed in 3 Ibis hotels this trip and Cholet was the least appealing

L’hôtel est atrocement sale, la moquette n’est pas aspirée, il y avait des cheveux sur le tapis de la salle de bain,j’ai dû faire mon lit avant de me coucher parce que les draps n’étaient même pas drapés et je me trouvais à même le matelas, l’ascenseur était en panne. Nous sommes rentrés en pleine nuit et avons dû sonner une dizaine de fois et attendre 5bonne mn dans le froid qu’on vienne nous ouvrir. Le petit déjeuner était pas fou, c’est la première fois que je mange des madeleines croustillantes, elle devaient être là depuis au moins trois jours. 100€ pour une chambre, une taxe et le petit déjeuner, il serait temps de revoir vos prétentions ou d’assurer vos prestations, mais en tout cas là rien ne va!

Situation géographique déplorable. Climatisation en panne, une chaleur à crever. Chambre correcte. Au petit déjeuner, la machine à café en panne ! Attente alors d’une solution alternative plus longue ! En résumé, une prestation bien trop chère pour les services rendus !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel . C'est la 5 ème nuit que nous réservons dans cet établissement car sa proximité avec le Puy Du Fou est très pratique. Mais cette fois ci nous avons été déçus car nous avons remarqué une baisse de qualité. Tout d' abord la clim était en panne, remplacée par un ventilateur bruyant. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car nous donnions sur un toi avec une soufflerie encore plus bruyante. Résultats : très mauvaise nuit avant de faire 6h de route. Autre point en baisse la qualité du buffet du petit déjeuner. Viennoiseries pas fraîches...... Du coup nous irons dans un autre hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour.

Chambre familiale spacieuse , salle de bain peu faire mieux… trop de plastique pour moi! Un bon nettoyage des vitres est nécessaire. On voyait à peine à travers, même si la vie n’est pas fantastique. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Puy du Fou. Petit dej correct

Hôtel agréable et propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très appréciable. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable malgré le matelas dur. La climatisation est un plus étant donné la proximité du centre commerciale et du bruit que cela peut générer. Cette proximité nous a un peu déçu en arrivant mais une foi dans l'hôtel on ne s'en aperçoit pas grâce au double vitrage très performant.

L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement, les matelas sont à revoir et les oreillers sont trop plats. Par contre l'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont corrects.
