On thé 21st floor, you get beautiful views of the city and river. The room is quite clean although the bathroom had an odour and no ventilation it seems. The lobby of the hotel smells and looks unassuming but the hotel entrance is alright if you don’t mind the smell of cleaning products / perfume.

Location is very good, very near xiaoshizhi metro station. Conveniently travel around. Walking distance to 长江索道 解放碑, and 洪涯洞。There's many eateries just outside the building. There are push carts that sells 串串at night! The only mehh is the lift is shared by an insurance company and many hotels. I hv a pic for your reference. When u walk around, just look for this 中国人寿building as an anchor to walk back to your hotel. Easy peasy!

It is located in the city center and some tourist attractions are in walking distance. It has metro station right beside and food vendors in downstairs. With bidet and bathtub, it was confortable and relaxing experience.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Only was not inform from counter staff luggage services need to done before 1pm. We were missed out of this and plan get ruins.

The hotel extremely great, cozy and clean. The staff have a great service with smiley face. They also have a food complimentary for us. Also, the most impressive thing is the hotel pleased to assist us solve the problem like send the parcel with the local company. The hotel also provides the sevice to send us to the railway station. Overall, I strongly suggest anyone who visit Zhangjiajie to accommodate here.

Hotel had an interesting futuristic vibe, with LED ***** lighting, a projector, and a bidet in the room.
Good location close to Hongyadong / Jiefangbei, which is the touristy part of town. Lots of food options nearby, including small food malls and of course lots of hot pot restaurant options.

affordable hotel at the great location. Right next to Xiaoshizi subway station. 3 min walk to Jiefangbei and 5 min to Hongyadong. Friendly staff and smooth check in process. The room is clean and no smell.
