The Move River View Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongyadong)

Hotel do not have wine cork opener available upon room service request and bathroom shower head is leaking .

We stayed for one night and decided to leave and stay at another hotel. Negatives: 1. Security - door could not be locked from the inside. 2. Room was not clean - our room had a tent and carpet for children, both of which were poorly maintained, with stains. There was also a stench coming off from the tent and carpet. - room was generally dusty, and fixtures were old and not well kept - toilet areas were also not well maintained with fingerprints and smudges noted. See stains near the sink in photos 3. Hotel does not provide breakfast 4. Fridge, when set to coldest setting still did not feel cold... 5. Entrance via a shopping mall, shared with many other boutique hotels housed at the lower levels. Positive - Great location within walking distance to food and attractions. Polite staff - upon receiving our feedback, she noted our case and offered a refund for our remaining 2 days as we had chosen to end our stay early. Also offered us a small gift as an apology. All in all, the stay fell short of our expectations for a 4* hotel.

Safety, Clean, Nearby Train Station, friendly staff, outside the hotel have a lot of nice food steamboat

I travel as business, to come visit Battery Expo at Chongqing international expo. This Hotel location is so perfect. 4 minute walk Close to Metro station . The hotel is inside Peninsula International Business Building, 20 floor. Behind of Westin hotel and Hyatt regency hotel. I stay at 14 floor , the view is amazing at night. The Hotel Room is very Clean with big room. It is close to many famous landmarks and tourism iconic spot of the city by walk. My favourite, at early morning turn left from the building and go to cable car or to the top building to see the all city from 47 floor. At early morning the view It was amazing. The front desk staff are very helping and friendly . Super Service. Definitely very recommend this hotel

This hotel is perfect! It has everthing you need. Comfy bed, spotless clean, ideal location, plenty of food nearby. It's new and the lobby decoration is beautiful (I forgot to take photos there.) The staff are very friendly and the check-in was smooth, I'm impressed! I wish I could stay longer. Hope to come back again and will definitely recommend this place! 👍👍👍

It has a wonderful experience of staying in this apar**ent. The ladies at the reception are very helpful on explaining features and services offered. It is close to many famous landmarks and iconic spot of the city, and is highly recommended for travellers who would like to have the most convenience accesses in the city.

Only 5 mins away from JieFangBei and 81 haochijie (night market). Only bad thing is that the building is under construction and construction starts at 9am on weekdays. Quite a pain in the ass if you wants to sleep in. Bedsheets are not changed everyday cause I see the same red mark on the sheets from day 1-3. Shampoo/conditioner are replenish everyday. Would be nice if there is do not disturb light is lighted when the hotel card is inserted. Hotel staff knocked and tap to enter our door at 10ish (and we are in deep sleep) and asked to do room service……. Hotel also provide clothes washing and drying service but 5 pieces per room.
