管家丹丹is friendly and helpful. Guide us to the room and send us travel guide which is very useful. Send reminder in chat when weather is not good (rain). Room is clean.

We were very impressed with the service, front desk like Jingjing often goes her way out to assist us. However we do feel that the ad is a little misleading though. For example, breakfast is just hardboiled eggs, some mantou and coffee. The hotel doesn't have a real kitchen. Also they compensated the laundry room (no laundry room in fact, it's inaccessible to guests) by doing our laundry for us. (takes time) It was efficient. But I would appreciate more if the hotel just relay the actual info. The hotel is nice actually, good view, excellent service and all. But not really the amenities.

Centrally located at Jiefangbei, close to shopping centres and conveniently connected to other attractions. Hotel is clean and has awesome view, also received attentive service from Xi Xi during our stay 😊

Really nice and worth it for the price!! Front desk service was great, and had a cute little bathtub by the window to oversee the chong qing night sky. Bed was comfy as well and room was really spacious. Although was on 46th floor, didn’t usually have to wait too long for the lift (there’s one that goes directly to floor 30+ and above). overall enjoyed my stay and really value for money!!
