Room is specious. Location is great as well. Will definitely stay here again and again. Amazing first floor terrace. Breathtaking views. The only problem is the cleaning service. It’s a bit dirty. Especially under the bed or table. And I also would suggest to place “Do not disturb” signs that guests could place on a door handle outside. Cleaning lady was extremely loud and woke me up 2 days in row though I just wanted to rest.

Rooms with great views + convenient location. Close to the Yangtze river waterfront, Nanbin road (南滨路) shopping malls and Longhaomen Old Street (龙门浩老街). A ten-minute walk from the Haitangxi (海棠溪) metro station.  Upon arrival, you can show the security guard your reservation and enter the apartment complex through the East gate (东门) entrance. The rooms are located in building # 7. There is a small convenience store right next to the entrance door of that building. Reception desk responds quickly via WeChat and phone. Before arrival, you need to call the reception desk and add them on WeChat, so that they can send you the temporary password for the apartment door. You will find the room card inside the apartment. Once you have your room card, you can just scan it to enter the complex and use an elevator that goes directly from building # 7 down to Nanbin road (南滨路). Note: - Room with the waterfront view is great, but might not be the best choice if you are a light sleeper, since you can hear the hum of the city coming from the streets below. - Water pressure in the bathroom was ok, but could be stronger - Washing machine works well (I haven't used the TV, fridge or air-conditioning, so can't say anything about them) - The room is cleaned every day, cleaning staff comes at around noon Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The owner was very friendly and quick in responding to requests. He upgraded my unit due to issues with the original unit. The upgraded unit has a great view of the Yangtze River and adjacent to the iconic Sheraton. There is a supermarket Hema in the same community which was convenient for us since we stayed there for 12 days. The nearest metro is shanghao 上浩 which is about 720m from the hotel. Most of the attractions are in the north, Chongqing peninsula. If you like a quieter place this hotel location is ideal.

空調內機自燃無話可説，已經危及住客安全，可是商家一開始還推脱責任，拿定責來説事。首先，空調我是正常使用，而且一天內還關過幾次，這個空調運作時還會發出異響，一看就是非常老舊的空調，空調外表早已烏漆麻黑。在凌晨時刻，我已將近入睡，突然聞到一股刺鼻的不知道什麼燒焦的味道，定睛一看時空調內機已經開始冒煙着火，在這個時候我難道不顧着逃命我要幫你救火嗎，該做的我已經做了，拔房卡斷電，第一時間撥打報警電話和火警電話。到頭來商家還要責怪，説是我的問題，請問我有什麼問題呢，我沒死嗎？我死了才沒問題是嗎？我行李箱還來不及合上就已經被我甩出去了，我用最快的速度都來不及把我房間裏的所有東西拿出去，我還要按照你跟我打電話時説的“用水去撲滅空調內機”？請問你有常識嗎，是要我死在裏面嗎？我跑出去之後，我的臉都黑了，頭髮黏糊糊的，行李箱也黑了，鼻孔裏全是黑色煙塵，我頭暈都來不及，你找我追究是誰的責任？這種情況還無賠償，客人還被追究責任，客人明明是正常使用一切，權益受到破壞沒有得到賠償還被倒打一耙，真是無理至極

房間還可以，蠻大的，能看到江景，夜晚景色比較好。設施齊全，有浴缸可泡澡，空調比較老，但製冷效果還可以。

江景太棒了，服務也很好

酒店位置絕佳，老闆很熱情，按給的導航直接進車庫坐電梯很方便，房間是真大，整潔衞生，還有個大冰箱，洗衣機也有，最重要的是有個大落地窗，看夜景太美了，樓下夜市太多好吃的，這次住了幾天沒逛夠，下次還來。

景色絕了，房間很大，東西也齊，就是夏天的厚被子太熱了
