It was hair all over the bed. Thanks to me lifting the blanket up to see hair all under the blanket was nasty

Nice hotel, unfortunately no cleaning crews to clean room or even to bring you toilet paper or towels if you stay more then one night..

Good experience overall. Clean, friendly & fun. Oak Ridge Boys concert was good. Nice venue.

The property was average. No special service. A room with a bed. We expected a non smoking room. The room smelled of smoke so someone had smoked in the room. There was a lot of traffic pas our door and noise. Woke us up throughout the night.

The mattresses have some sort of protective cover on them which is super noisy when you move at alll. It also is not very soft.
I like a little white noise when I sleep so I tried to turn the fan on in the ac unit it wouldn’t allow that. It would only run in auto mode. Rough nights sleep. Heard everything in the hallway

Housekeeping came knocking at 8am and then again at 10:00am. Checkout isn’t until 11am. That was pretty irritating considering we had a long night. Front desk had radio time to stop knocking before checkout.

The hotel was excellent there’s one person I. Guest Services I want to recognize Joyce N. She was so helpful and concerned,
However what we didn’t like there were only two restaurants that were open, we were told on Mon, Tues the restaurants are closed that was a disappointment due to the fact we arrived into a snow storm and couldn’t really get out

The hotel part of the ****** was filthy. Almost $200 for a room that was so outdated. The carpet had stains, no microwave, old boxspring mattress with exposed bottom. Second set of window sheers missing. The late night burgers in the ****** that is open until 2am only had pizza to purchase and it wasn’t even midnight. And finally, the road to this ****** is one of the creepiest ever. I recommend getting there in the daytime as there is hardly any light and doesn’t look maintained at all. Never again.

It smlled nice and clean. it was quiet and the staff was super friendly. easy check in and check out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
