Good situation and close to someq shops.
The only downfall is that the manager is not very friendly and he could be a little more welcoming. It doesn't take much effort to welcome guests to your motel with a smile and who are supporting your business!
We stayed there for 5 nights. On day 3 they're supposed to change the bedsheets but they didn't.
The carpark space is also not that great.

Great value motel close to the CBD (a flat 15 minute walk). Free parking and free wifi. A little dated but still a great motel and the showers were good. Very close to a good pub/restaurant (The Bealey) and within walking distance to others. I would stay here again.

Positives: - Clean and spacious (enough room for 2 people and a lot of luggage) - Kitchenette (adequately equipped) - Complementary tea/coffee/milk was provided - Fast, free Wifi - Free parking - Electric blankets Negatives: - No soundproofing (could hear people stomping above us and the walls were shaking when room next door was using their spa) - Away from the city centre (15min walk)

Excellent location and very easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces. Rooms spotless and very comfortable beds. When we return to Christchurch will definitely stay here. We did not have much interaction with the owners but the little that we had was very helpful and friendly

My friend and I stayed 7 nights recently at this motel in separate rooms and were very happy with the experience.The owners were helpful and supplied an extension cord immediately when asked.And were knowledgable about directing us around town.The rooms were serviced daily.Only issue was spa bath didnt function...when running water endlessly just went out again through outlet and never filled up to the jets.However was great to have a bath every night.Would stay there again :) Price was reasonable and handy location..

Smooth and straight forward checkin and checkout. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We booked a twin studio room for 3 people which had a double bed and single. Very spacious room, bathroom and kitchen area. Room had a TV. Overall lovely experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting CHC.

由於時間緊迫，和地震的影響，基督城內的酒店已經不能入住了，我們不得不選擇了這家在城邊bealey大街上的酒店。酒店自己介紹説是3星半，但我們實地考察以後發現也就和國內2星差不多，但是它的價格堪比國內五星級酒店。 房間內設施也很陳舊，床單不乾淨。很像私人旅店。 如果驢友們能拿到國內2-3星酒店的價格，還是可以選擇的。
