We needed accommodation close to the Hospital and it was only 10 minutes walk through Hagley Park so location wise it was great. The had self check in but I could not log in so had to wait until we could find someone, this problem was not theirs as it was the booking agent. As guest have no contact with staff any problems that you find can not be passed on to staff, our unit had a bathroom heater that didn't work. There were a few issues that may cause problems, the bed seems to be on wheels and rolled around the room if you sat up against the wall and the shower rose was about chest height. Overall the place was acceptable.

Spacious and tidy. Just what we needed. Next to a main road, but it is what it is and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a clean and tidy room. Unfortunately the bathroom heater didn't work and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty although they did have soap at the hand basin. The lock box idea is great for those arriving late and the text message prior to our arrival with all the details is an excellent idea :)

Great little spot, close to everything, comfy beds and great set up with a small kitchen. Will stay there again if we are in the area.

The property was quite a way from the central city.
Not near any eating places within walking distance.
No one present in reception on arrival, or when we departed.
Table very old and needed replacing.
Awoke to a hail storm and wanted some hot toast, and found toaster broken down! Not a good motel.

The unit was dirty, mould on curtains, bed was so uncomfortable, green mould in shower and water pressure absolutely hopeless! Bare minimum of tea, coffee etc cobwebs the bathroom and heater not working!
