This hotel experience was probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The room they gave us was on the first floor next to the laundry. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every person that walks by. We had people outside the room talking every half hour starting at 4am, workers pushing laundry and cleaning carts at 6am every hour until the time we checked out. I barely got any sleep. I regret booking here and basically wasted my money. Maybe I would have felt differently if they put us elsewhere but they didn’t.

Heater in unit did not work, maintenance unavailable to fix it. Smoke detector without battery, non-operative in violation of fire code.

It was real bad. Bath shower was rusty and the floor was dirty. Carpet was bad and smelling. This was room 116 on ground floor.
I called reception to give a diff room and they said nothing available. Furniture had all scratches. Will never book again.

We arrive at night , the soon as we turn on the lights a BUNCH OF COCKROACHES RUN a way to hide , the bed also had BEDBUGS ... and the room it was not clean overall. 😒

The guy at the reception desk was very quick and polite in getting us checked in. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathtub has rust and needs replacing. A lot of noise by other tenants slamming doors and talking loudly. Overall we do like it especially for the price.

Right next the 805 freeway, lots of noise, but bearable.
Some weird banging noise near the bathroom, probably by “water hammer” around 5am.
The ac wall unit won’t heat (room 338), had to change room.
No elevator - clerk wouldn’t come to my room, even the new room was 340 (next door) over the 3rd floor.

Comfortable bed and pillows
Towels surprisingly smooth
Ac unit on room 340 working good
Pretty good breakfast

i better go to a motel 6 and pay $80.00 then this one that cost me $150.00
