SureStay Hotel by Best Western Chula Vista San Diego Bay

I like it so much. The only thing is the deposit. Too long to reimbursed.

Everything great! Good location

暑假的美國酒店都很貴，這個酒店的性價比還不錯。地理位置方便，周邊有超市和餐廳。

還好吧，有點像那種汽車旅館

Thin walls, breakfast was depressing, they only had cereal and bread, bed was very very firm, tub was disgusting, pillows were lumpy, and very loud environment

Shower water was boiling hot and you could not get it to turn cold, the faucet dripped throughout the night, when we informed the front desk, they stated that the maintenance man had not been in yet we informed the staff that we will be leaving because we had prior engagements to attend to, and that they may enter our room to fix it as we will not be there all day. The front desk assured there would be another room available for us on our return if they could not resolve the issue. When we returned later in the night we checked our room and nothing was fixed, we again informed the front desk and they had no other room to offer stating they were fully booked, and tried to blame it on us for not being present so that the maintenance man could fix it. Overall it was a horrible stay with horrible service.

No comment professional customer service had an issue and it was taken care of real quick I had to switch the room

It was so bad I didn’t even sleep in her. The shower had so many patches and it took forever to get warm. The room smelled of old paint and was unplessnt

The room was absolutely clean. No bugs, no cobwebs, no cigarette burnt sheets, no stains anywhere. No TV issues, no microwave problem and mini fridge was cold. HOWEVER… their free “breakfast” was crap. Every hotel I’ve stayed in, I’ve seen eggs, bacon, and sausage at the MINIMUM. The girlfriend and I walked in the lobby to just two option assortment of store bought danishes that were cut in half, two different style bagels, two different cereals being regular cheerios or Raisin Bran, and options of apple or orange juice. Other than the poor breakfast, I’d DEFINITELY return here to stay. Denny’s is right across the street anyway 👍
