I like Fave Hotel a lot. It matters to me that they care about the environment and provide potable bottled water by means of a hall-located dispenser (BPA free water), accessible to all on that floor. No plastic bottles which harm us (small plastic particles) and which usually aren't recycled (and therefore harm the environment). I find the hotel peaceful, and enjoy seeing the trees outside the window of my room. I like it that there is no traffic noise. The hotel is new and clean, and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. And the nearby hotel (affiliated with Fave) offers a restaurant, that does have some Western food. I make regular trips to Cilacap, and stay at Fave often. And I will continue to do so.

Order non smoking, room 517 was smells of smoke a lot then I as to change to another room. Next time staff should be check the room first before customer come.
Other than that is okay.

Hotel yang sangat selesa dan staf yang sangat ramah. Bilik agak selesa ttp sempit sedikit. Bau bilik wangi dan menyenangkan. Paling kelakar.. malam2 staf call, mas kami ada buat perkhidmatan urut. #seram.. haha

Hotel dengan lokasi yang tidak jauh dari pusat keramaian, fasilitas cukup memadai ada Kolam Renang dan Gym, petugas ramah dan sopan. Untuk lebih menjaga kebersihan toilet sebaiknya kerak air dapat dihilangkan agar tidak semakin menumpuk
