21C Museum Hotel Cincinnati

Świetny pobyt ogólnie. Zarezerwowane na rocznicę pobytu. Bar na dachu był zamknięty przez resztę sezonu, co było rozczarowujące, biorąc pod uwagę, że był to główny powód, dla którego wybraliśmy ten hotel. Co dziwne, ciśnienie pod prysznicem było wręcz bolesne. Jednak obsługa i personel były świetne i przyjazne!

My stay at the 21C Museum Hotel in downtown Cincinnati was overall satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and room quality. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience that significantly impacted my trip. As someone traveling from China to Cincinnati, I relied heavily on my iPhone for essential tasks such as managing my funds and arranging transportation. Unfortunately, the charging port for iPhones in my room was broken, which I only discovered the morning after my arrival. This left me stranded without a functioning phone or any means to access my electronic funds. Considering the premium price of the hotel and its positive reviews, I was shocked to find myself in this situation. When I approached the hotel lobby for assistance and asked if I could borrow a charger, I was informed that I would need to purchase one for $20 USD. This was deeply frustrating, as my dead phone meant I couldn't access any funds, including the money required to buy a charger. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and isolated in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, I found help at a nearby establishment, Nada, where they allowed me to charge my phone. While I am grateful for their assistance, I can't help but feel disappointed in the lack of empathy and understanding from the 21C Museum Hotel. Given the circumstances of their broken docking port, I expected more consideration and assistance. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I would caution anyone considering this hotel to be aware of potential issues and the hotel's response to them. The situation I faced was not only inconvenient but also unnecessary, and it has unfortunately overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

This is one of the best stays in Cincinnati. Excellent location with great nightlife and dining options.

Hotel has aged in the past few years since I was last there. It’s tired. My room was not well kept — shower door didn’t close properly, light in the bathroom didn’t turn on. The hvac in my room didn’t work during a weekend when it was 5 degrees outside. I notified the front desk, but they didn’t seem bothered by it.

Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is the walls are a bit thin and the people in the room next door were extremely loud most of the night.

Hotel has a pretty neat art gallery and they held a late night bourbon tasting event . Everything was clean & quiet !

Professional staff. From the valet to the front desk gentlemen - superb and efficient service. Guest services, room service and check out were awesome. We’ve stayed at major branded full service hotels, and we cannot say the same about the professionalism of the staff at those brands. The art on the first two floors are well curated. The room was perfect.

Housekeeping failed to clean and the front desk couldn't have cared less about it. The room was extremely dusty and there was visible mold in the bathroom.

The hotel was ok, not elite. Paint by our room had been scuffed, cracked, loud doors woke us up, air conditioning units knocked 3-4 times when turning on and off. An ok hotel at too high a price/prestige for what it was. The restaurant was way over priced for mediocre food.
