Pangue Lodge offers accommodation 18 km from Puerto Puyuguapi, on the shores of Lake Risopatron and 52 km from Queulat National Park. The property features free Starlink WiFi, rooms and bungalows which are located next to each other. Guests staying in the rooms can enjoy a daily breakfast included in the price. l'établissement est bien et surtout dans un très beau cadre. Mais extrêmement déçus et surpris car nous avons été verbalement menacé et mal traité par un horrible personnage qui semblait être un agent de sécurité ou un gardien. Nous avions une serviette dans une chambre avec un petite goutte de sang. Ce monsieur qui est venu fouiller nos chambres pendant le petit déjeuner, nous à fait un scandale verbal et menaçant. Incompréhensible attitude. Nous voyageons dans le monde entier et très souvent et nous n'avions jamais assistés à un tel comportement. Il à fallu sous les menaces payer la serviette sur laquelle il n'y avait quasi rien. Une choquante attitude et une invraisemblable aventure qui laisse à notre groupe un très mauvais souvenir. Le type ne semblait pas dans un comportement normal. Son attitude et son agressivité étant extrêmement violente et surprenante.. Nous déconseillons vivement l'établissement car cela pourra se reproduire sur d'autres clients. Donc une très mauvaise expérience. Dommage car la région est superbe et les autres gens fort sympathique.

Caro para lo que es. Cabaña pareada con mal aislamiento acústico, mobiliario básico, camas pequeñas e incómodas, todo huele a húmedo. No incluye aseo de la habitación y el desayuno que cobran 15 mil por persona es súper básico y escueto. Las personas que atienden son amables pero claramente insuficientes lo que hace el servicio muy lento. El entorno es muy lindo pero no vale la relación precio calidad

En este lugar se vive la magia, contacto con la naturaleza en un alojamiento cómodo, seguro y con una atención de primer nivel, preocupados de cada detalle. Nos alojamos 3 noches y pasamos Año Nuevo ahi junto a nuestros dos hijos de 7 y 9 años, lo disfrutamos muchísimo!!! La cabaña totalmente equipada, limpia, amplia, calefaccionada y con unas vistas increíbles. El restaurante es rico y la atención de Diego es insuperable, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Evelin de recepción se las arreglo para apoyarnos con cada petición especial, esmerada en hacernos sentir a gusto, todo muy acogedor. Usamos la tinaja y la pisicina temperada en un día de plena lluvia … fue maravilloso!!! Lo recomendamos 100% y esperamos volver algún día .
