1. Hotel said Wi-Fi. It has no working/ effective Wi-Fi, it is a misrepresentation:
2. It has very low air conditioning: kids got heavily bitten by mosquitoes.
3. City and hotel room was an additional £75.
4. Terrasini is not walkable. 50 euros there and back to get shopping and eat out with hotel taxi,
5. If you eat lunch or dinner buffet it is 30 euros.
6. The private beach cove is magical and pools are what makes it worth while. Kids don’t care about 1-5:

HOTEL TERRIBILE! Io ed alcune amiche abbiamo avuto il bagno allagato di melma per giorni senza nessun' intervento! Capelli nel letto con macchie gialle. Coperte discutibili.Cibo terribile. Corridoio sporchi. Persiane rotte e rovinate . Finestre che si aprivano. NON ANDATECI !!!

This hotel is terrible, staff have an attitude problem and clearly don’t want to be here. The “restaurant” is no more than an old style holiday camp affair, it’s like an old Butlins holiday camp We had an early flight and we were treated to a disco 50 m away No concern, no compassion!

It is not a place to be. Noisy, out in the nowhere, bad restaurant, no service, staff only speak italian, old hotel. the only good thing: good airconditioning!

We visited Perla del Golfo recently for a 2 night stay with family who live in Italy. Beautiful location, outstanding pools and very congenial pool staff. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good but not exceptional. The property itself is very neglected.The furniture in the lobby is torn and needs replacement. Our room, though clean, was not in the location promised when we booked. The outside shutters were filthy and the hallway had water from the ceiling dripping constantly making for dangerous walking . It’s too bad that this resort is so run down. It would be exceptional had the ownership shown some care in maintaining it.

very outdated, pictures on website are false advertising, no annual/seasonal maintenance. Walls were dirty from not painting. Furniture was old. Tub was dirty from oldness. very very disappointed. Did not stay 1 extra second. Customer Service was also not the best. As they were offended that it didn't match our level of expectation.

hotel schifoso e poco organizzato. Ristorante con cibo di pessima qualità. La zona era bella ma questi giorni sono stati rovinati dalle condizioni del resort. La stanza era piena di insetti, pulizia davvero orrenda, asciugamani e lenzuola già molto sporche, letti duri quanto una pietra. Da ricordare e tenere presente che molte chiavi aprono più di una stanza poiché le serrature sono difettose, quindi se vi rubano o vi entrano in stanza c’è un perché…

Appena tornata dalla gita di 3 giorni assieme alla scuola. Ho avuto un’esperienza da film horror. La pulizia è pessima, lombrichi, vermi e insetti di ogni tipo su pavimenti, nelle docce, nei corridoii e anche nei letti sono state ritrovate blatte. Approposito dei letti, consiglio di non dormire all’interno delle coperte in quanto sono macchiate e molti si sono risvegliati con rossori alle braccia. Le forniture all’interno delle stanze cadono a pezzi, le stesse porte hanno spaccature. Ultima cosa ma assolutamente LA PIÙ IMPORTANTE: UNA CHIAVE APRE PIÙ PORTE. Se doveste ritrovarvi in questo posto state assolutamente in allerta, la sicurezza è pari a 0! Le chiavi aprono più porte, suppongo che la serratura sia uguale per più stanze. Le porte sembrano fatte di carta in quanto sono facilmente scassinabili e anche rompibili. Per non parlare della cucina, scarsa e congelata. Il cibo si nota che è di qualità scadente come anche l’acqua che è direttamente presa dal rubinetto. Buffet povero. E anche scarsa pulizia siccome il cibo è ancora incrostato sulle posate. Il resort è posto in una buona posizione geografica, ha 3 piscine e ha anche dei bei panorami sulla scogliera e sul golfo. Ma non è per niente organizzato e curato, è trasandato da come avete letto e bisognerebbe valorizzarlo di più (molto di più). State attenti.
