衞生乾淨，設施完善，服務好，出去玩很方便，類型跟國內的7天差不多，在普雷斯頓中心，交通非常方便，滿意的一次入住體驗

Easy check in, unusual entrance location, but great place, clean & very friendly & helpful staff. Katie was brilliant and Ismaal seems to work 24/7, brekkie was tasty and hot. Evening meal, excellent except the steak, not rare at all but the calamari - amazing We look forward to day 2

I was in Preston for the weekend with a friend. We wanted somewhere central, near the railway station and University. I've stayed here before and always had a good experience. What really impressed me this time was the Staff. They were all really friendly and helpful, as you would expect, but they all seemed to be really enjoying their work and working together. They were a real credit to Premier Inn.

Dirty room. TV and remote didn't work. Breakfast was abysmal. Why have a restaurant and sell meal deals when you don't even have steak in stock? I would be humiliated if I was Premier Inn. The brand is definitely damaged for us. The front of house staff was lovely.

Excellent location of hotel close to the train station, bus station and university. Very friendly staff, especially Sue who worked in the restaurant- thankyou! Clean rooms and comfortable beds with plenty of space in the room. Great stay.

An Extra Extra Extra special thank you to Phebe Katie and Chef Scott! The trio took really good care of me and my allergy concerns. Premier Inn is blessed to have such caring members of staff and a talented chef. I'll be right back just for you three in the autumn!

Great stay as always, lovely and welcoming staff - they are a testament to amazing customer service! A special mention to Sue in the resturant for being absolutely incredible throughout my stay! Best customer service I've experienced anywhere!

Ismail is the most wonderful soul. From a kind and welcoming check in to dinner where he shared humour, kindness and care. He is truly dedicated to customer service, he asked about the temperature to ensure my comfort, spoke about how important customer service is to him and his team, recommended the sticky toffee pudding and he was right, a slice of heaven. The people make a location, business or experience. Ismail’s service is fantastic, I’ll be back.
