5 minute walk into city centre. Hotel is built around the old Wolverhampton lower train station. Around the hotel is a table table restaurant, private apartments, a banqueting hall and an Aldi. Standard stay at a premier inn. Room is clean with air con. Bathroom ok. Wi-Fi bit patchy in the room. Table table good for food and drinks. Premier inn hot breakfast is not self service. You order what you want and it is delivered to your table. Staff are great especially the breakfast staff and Tracey and Ellen who all work very hard.

Very close to city centre, just five mins walk, and ten mins from Molineux stadium which was the purpose of our visit. (3-1, COYP!) The free wifi wasn’t great so had to upgrade for a fiver as had planned to stream another match. That was better, but still a bit laggy. Breakfast also good quality and cooked fresh to order. Coffee not the best out the machine but it served its purpose. Staff friendly and answered all our questions with a smile.

Room was freezing cold when we arrived the heating did not work in the room. The control panel for the heating practically fell off in your hand. The buttons were all damaged. Room required repairs non of which were carried out during our stay. We were provided with a heater for the room. This room should be repaired before being used again.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was central but me and my husband didn’t sleep at all as was told by someone on arrival lots of breaking of vehicles so we had to carry what we could out of his work van but we didnt sleep a wink worrying about it so due to that I wouldn’t stay there if I had a vehicle but would if I caught the train up as the hotel was fine. They should have a security guard or lockable gates etc for security as the security cameras was told still didn’t prevent them so just letting people be aware !!

Lovely hotel, nice room, clean and warm, friendly and helpful staff. Checking in was easy. Only minor issue was that the WiFi was awful. Will be staying here again next year.

Very outdated room which felt grubby. Booked 2 rooms and paid the same price for both rooms however the rooms were on completely different floors and our friends had a selection of treats left in their room by the housekeeping staff yet we didn't have anything in ours. This is not acceptable everyone should be treated the same. Also their room seemed a bit more modernised and nicer than ours.

Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Room could do with a deep clean (carpets, walls and ceiling). Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Staff in general are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant cooks are in no hurry to cook your food. One evening waited 40mins for a meal and nothing so walked out and had to go elsewhere. Could do with a phone in the room to communicate with reception.

Its been a very good stay from the minute I arrived I was looked after by 2 very good members of the team Hannah & Verity nothing was to much hassle and very helpful and keep me updated with been here when football the bar would be busy I will be back to visit again and will pick this hotel as I fell welcome

Nice, clean room, and an absolutely outstanding service recieved from all of the staff during my few days stay here. I especially need to mention both Verity and Hannah who were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional throughout my short stay. Highly recommended premier Inn.
