TOP rooms, super breakfast, very nice host - really everything best !!

Small village style hotel inside of a private houses district. I had a single bedroom Nr.2 on ground floor. Clean, durable, functional, modern. Shower was a bit small for me, but still good with modern faucet, shampoo etc. A good mattress and soft pillow. Big parking area around hotel. A well-thought-out system for issuing a key, when reception is not occupied. Breakfast is rich and various, with fresh bread. WiFi is very poor in the room Nr.2. Mobile device trying to switch to 4G, which is shown, but delivers only Edge speed with Drei provider. Nice and quiet green area except one thing: The railway crossing is located in the immediate vicinity of this neighborhood, and for some reason, trains passing by necessarily honk (about once every half hour during daylight hours) starting at 6 am. Therefore, if you sleep with the window open, you don't need to set an alarm for 6 am, since you will be woken up by a bright and loud train horn anyway. Trains itself are moving slowly and quite. But the horn… 🥲

Wie schon oft dort übernachtet, Frühstück sehr gut, aber bei voller Auslastung eng, parken im Hof 3 Plätze, auf der Straße u Parkplatz nebenan ok, Mitarbeiter durch die Bank freundlich u kompetent. Leider die Zimmer im hinteren Bereich (312) schon älter u Bett /Matratze diesmal eher nicht so gut. Lieber die neuen Zimmer erfragen. Aber sehr zentral, Restaurants u Geschäfte ( Weberzeile) 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem auf Grund der vielen Übernachtungen dort empfehlenswert!halt vom Zimmer abhängig.

I have never liked the hotel’s breakfast so much, and the level of my heart is moving.

First to the positive: The staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant (one house/different establishments) is ok. The owner seems to be in marble and art love. I have been sleeping well, even if the vibrations of the trains are even feeling in bed. Negative: The room is overloaded with everything (100 different lamps, mirrors, plastic flowers, a bar etc). If you want to open a roller shop, you first go over furniture. The bathroom has sauna and whirlpool, but here too would be less. The bathroom is so large that I can't go to the toilet. Also, what does a massage shower help me if it is defect, polluted and half doesn't work? Showers go only with closed roller shop, otherwise everyone looks from the stairway to the room. I find the morning dinner extensive and in the winter garden it is cruel. There are projects all over the house that have been started but are no longer intact. This aquarium at the entrance, awful. I don't want to be fish there. The railway at the bar, defect. In the house it smells like the friteuse. Sorry, I can't recommend any further. Price is too high, maximum 3 stars, no hotel 4-Stern!

A new fresh hotel. Great concept. Tasty food (dinner and breakfast). Great view over the lake from the room (6th floor - West side). Plenty of free parking spaces including a bunch of charging slots for electric cars. Motivated and exceptionally friendly staff. Quick Wi-Fi in all areas. I saw a LAN socket in the room (didn't try it though). Great gym. Sauna was open. Nearby tourist attractions are easily reached by car. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Austria.
