Wonderful accommodation, exactly what we wanted from our stay. Clean cabins, no fault that we could find. On the last day, it rained heavily and we were unable to get a taxi to town and catch a bus to the airport. The owner kindly gave our group a lift into the town, with no expectation of any reward. 10/10

The hotel room was very clean, the restaurant was facing the boat dock, the breakfast was very comfortable, many 𡷊 Outer water activities were set off at the pier of 𥚃, but it was far from the city center and it was very convenient to walk. Along the coast, the scenery was beautiful.

The Mirage is a gorgeous hotel with modern rooms and breathtaking views. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment (room 53) which overlooked the sea and the pool. The apartment was spacious and had all amenities. It’s a 5min cab ride to the main ***** in Airlie Beach which costs $10 each way. The hotel also offer a free shuttle at 10:30am and 2:30pm daily which was handy. Now to go over the not so great aspects of hotel. The rug in room 53 is stained, dirty and I had to ask for someone to come up to vacuum it when I arrived because I didn’t want my baby crawling on it. Even with the vacuum it was still disgusting. The rug needs to go! The bed heads need to be replaced as the material is flaking and gets all over the bed. The shower screens were not cleaned at all. Standard of cleaning must be improved. The breakfast is pretty average, presentation, quality and variety needs to be improved. The portable clothes line in our laundry was old and broken, needed to be thrown out and not offered to guests in that state. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

The room was way outdated, the bed was that hard you may as well had slept on the floor the room was so tiny with the bed and a bunk bed in it. The food was super expensive, looked nice from outside but will definitely not be staying here ever again. Was going to stay another night but they put the price up so ventured onto bowen and found a lovely motel with a bigger room better bedding and the owner of the place went out of his way to help out, I will definitely use this place called Bluewater Harbour Motel. Much cheaper as well.

Absolutely loved the location. Coles and bottle shop next door in shopping centre. Park is beautiful… lovely tropical garden with pool amongst. Haynan wood fired pizzas visited a couple of night a week which are Delish 👌🏻sour dough base … Chiago the chef very friendly and accommodating to additions etc. 🍕 ❤️Travelling with our beloved pup . Management very dog friendly. Beautiful quiet dog leash park in lovely garden setting across road and a little way down. Agility course in it which our 10 mth pup loved ! We loved our planned 2 week stay so much we cancelled next stop and booked another 8 days! 22 days in total. Definitely on top of our holiday destination for next year to leave Melbourne’s winter 🥶 behind again! Only negative was site was a bit tight for our 21’ van (27 with tow bar) But such a fabulous place and having had the best time I still rated it ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The room is large, with separate bathroom, separate shower, kitchen, cloakroom. It is not very neat and clean. At the end of August, there was a sheet on the bed. It was too cold. I woke up at 4 o'clock and found that there was a small blanket in the cloakroom. It was too small and about the same size as today. It was covered with two bath towels. The best is the location, shopping around various bars, BWS, Woolworth walk3-5 minutes away. Airport shuttle is also very convenient.
