The hotel is very close to the Newcastle train station, the transportation is very convenient, the rooms are clean, the kitchen utensils are all available, two adults and two children live in a two-bedroom suite, which is excellent value for money.

Arrived late by train, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, upgraded to three bedrooms, the family sleeps well each, the front desk can store luggage, check-in and check-out are very convenient

The second time I stayed here. Very pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast is good . Location is good if u come by train . Rooms are a bit small . Toilets with glass walls my not be suitable for everyone

If they can get rid of the fishy smell that would be ideal. No new mechanical system should letting outside air not be filtered and have that smell getting into rooms. This will turn customers away!

I stayed in several hotels during my trip to Australia, and this one was pretty good. Our room was located so we could see the Ferris wheel opposite, which was especially beautiful at night. The bed is also very comfortable, the front desk is very welcoming, and the price/performance ratio is very good.

The location is also convenient to get around, easy to find restaurants, acceptable prices, room service is quite good. The room is compact, the area is medium, ok but not too large, I like that the window is large so it is very bright, and you can see the outside landscape.

Location: close walk to shops and entertainment
Clealiness: one of the best out of my stays at serviced apartments in Australia
Servce: receptionists were nice and helpful
Facilities: didn't use but there's a pool. Parking available at fee and also easy to use.
Overall a great stay and the family was happy!

The apt is managed by an agency which did not make an effort to contact you using other medium beside SMS. So, in convenience. At Aussie standard, the apt complex can be better clean - too many dry leaves on the ground - otherwise good place with good location.
